From the villa, you can enjoy beautiful views over the Tuscan hills and the magnificent surrounding landscape. Perhaps one of the most beautiful landscapes in Italy – at least in our opinion – and still a hidden gem that is not yet widely known among Danish travellers.

Villa's outdoor area

The private pool (14 x 7 metres) is available exclusively for your use, as is the rest of the garden and terrace area.

The garden is surrounded by open countryside and greenery, with the landscape characterised by olive groves and rolling hills stretching as far as the eye can see. From the villa’s terrace, you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the beautiful Tuscan hills.

Villa's interior

This unique villa is arranged over 2 floors and offers a total of 450 m² of living space. From several areas on the ground floor, you have direct access to the garden and covered terraces, and the interior is bright, welcoming and comfortable.

The style combines traditional Tuscan country charm with a touch of Scandinavian simplicity, creating a warm atmosphere where you will quickly feel at home.

In the main house, the ground floor features a large and inviting living area with a fireplace, a dining area and a well-equipped country kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. There is also a bathroom on this floor.

On the first floor, you will find 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

In the adjoining wing, there is an additional comfortable living room, a dining area and another kitchen (slightly smaller than the main kitchen), as well as 4 bedrooms accommodating up to 9 guests. In addition, there are 3 bathrooms and an extra toilet.

The villa also offers a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, free Wi-Fi and covered parking for up to 4 cars.

Experiences in the area

The location offers excellent opportunities for excursions to nature reserves and thermal baths, including Saturnia, which is only a 30–40 minute drive from the villa.

If we had to recommend one particular excursion, it would be a trip to the Monte Argentario peninsula. Here you will find beautiful sandy beaches, elegant seaside towns with promenades and marinas filled with yachts, as well as more peaceful coastal villages where you can, for example, rent a boat and go snorkelling in the clear blue waters.

If you are looking for a day by the sea, there are plenty of options nearby. The closest beaches are approximately a 30-minute drive away, while the popular seaside town of Castiglione della Pescaia is around a 45-minute drive from the villa.
