It is very important you contact us before it is too late. It means the world to us that you have a wonderful holiday, so you should contact us immediately – while you are on the holiday – if you have a complaint. As we will take action on it right away, thus you are ensured the best experiences.

Alterations

If you wish to alter your holiday for any reason, you must contact us as soon as possible. The closer you are to departure, the less possibility of changing the journey you have. Feel free to bring contact and then we can see what we can do.
