The Villa's Outdoor Areas

Villetta San Marco is arranged over several levels and enjoys beautiful views across the Tuscan countryside. From the sun loungers by the swimming pool (4 x 8 m, depth 1.2–1.5 m), you have a lovely view of the house and garden directly in front of you. The pool area is simply furnished, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy peaceful days outdoors.

In front of the house, you will find a covered terrace with a dining table and chairs, providing the perfect place to enjoy meals in the shade during the day and spend relaxing evenings outside. As the light changes towards the end of the day, the façade and surrounding landscape take on a calm and atmospheric character, creating a wonderful setting in which to end the day.

The villa features a traditional exposed brick façade with green shutters on the windows and doors. The overall style is modern and newly renovated, and the house appears bright, well maintained and welcoming.

The garden consists of a lawn inviting you to enjoy outdoor games around the house and pool, surrounded by trees and shrubs that provide a little privacy without blocking the beautiful views of the mountains and the Tuscan landscape.

The Villa Interior

You will stay in a newly renovated villa arranged over two floors. The villa features an open-plan living area with sofas, TV, dining space and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, refrigerator with freezer compartment and dishwasher.

In addition to the living area, the villa offers three bedrooms: one with a double bed and two bedrooms, each with two single beds. There is one bathroom with shower.

Two of the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

The Surrounding Area

Would you like to experience nature, charming towns and local wines?

Then the Cortona area is the perfect choice. The nearest town is Camucia, while the beautiful historic town of Cortona is also close by. Both towns offer restaurants, supermarkets and local markets.

If you enjoy being active or would like to be close to the water, Lake Trasimeno is within easy reach of the villa. Here you can go hiking, rent bicycles, take a boat trip across the lake to the islands or enjoy a swim from one of the beaches. The surrounding area is also home to many charming villages with restaurants where you can dine while enjoying the local atmosphere.

Large supermarkets can be found in Camucia, but if you prefer a local and convenient option, the Minimarket Lunghini is located only approximately 1 km from the villa.

By staying here, you have the perfect base for exploring both Tuscany and Umbria, as the villa is located right on the border of Umbria, allowing you to discover the green heart of Italy.
