Villa Vittoria is a wonderful villa set in the mountains about 14 km west of the cosy fishing town of Cefalù, and about 3 km outside the town of Lascari.

The villa enjoys a truly breathtaking panoramic view of the area and, not least, the coastline between Palermo and Cefalù, a view you can hardly take your eyes off. This is a villa that brings peace of mind.

From the middle floor there is access to a large, lovely terrace, which is one of the villa’s biggest highlights. There is a dining table with chairs, as well as a sofa set with a coffee table where you can sit back and enjoy life.

From the terrace, you and your family can enjoy all meals of the day and, above all, the view of the mountains, the sea and the small surrounding towns. Here you can take a siesta in the shade with a book, enjoy your morning coffee, or sip a cool aperitif at sunset while keeping an eye on the children swimming in the pool. A little way from the terrace there is a built-in barbecue, perfect for outdoor grilling evenings.

The well-equipped pool area, located in front of the villa, has a parasol, sun loungers and small side tables. The pool measures 12 x 6 metres and is between 1.30 and 2.20 metres deep.

Villa Vittoria is arranged over three floors. You enter on the middle floor at the back of the house. Here you step into a large combined dining and living room with impressive panoramic windows facing the coast. There is also a large open-plan kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge, freezer, microwave and a standard oven. Next to the kitchen there is a smaller dining area. This is also where you will find a small guest toilet and a small utility/storage room with a washing machine.

On the top floor there are two large bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds. From this bedroom there is access to a large terrace. This floor also has a spacious bathroom with shower cubicle and bathtub.

On the lower floor you will find two more bedrooms: one with a double bed and direct access to the pool area, and one with two single beds. There is also a bathroom with a shower cubicle.

This layout makes the villa ideal for two families or two groups of friends who would like to holiday together but still have separate sleeping areas. There is air conditioning in all bedrooms, but not in the shared living area.

The nearest town is Lascari, about 3 km away, where you will find a small grocery store, bakery, pizzeria, pharmacy and bank. In the town of Gorgo Lungo, about 2 km from Lascari and almost down by the coast, there is a large and well-stocked supermarket (ARD) where you can find everything you need.

The nearest larger town is the charming fishing village of Cefalù. With its small winding streets lined with restaurants, bars and shops, built around the large rocky outcrop La Rocca, it is well worth a visit.

Along the entire coastline from Cefalù to Lascari there are lovely sandy beaches where you can take a dip in the warm waters of the Mediterranean.

It is hard to find such a complete villa offering almost everything you could wish for on holiday: a well-organised and well-equipped shared villa, a beautiful terrace with a wonderful view, a large pool area where children and water-loving adults can splash around all day, close to shopping, close to the beach, and with delightful Sicilian towns within a short driving distance.
