Villa Vita Assisi accommodates 6–7 guests, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Villa Vita Assisi is located in the heart of green Umbria, surrounded by the soft and beautiful hills just 3 km from the medieval town of Assisi.

This beautiful newly built stone villa is situated in a wooded area surrounded by olive trees, a lush garden filled with flowers, and is the perfect retreat for a small group of friends or a family looking for an authentic Italian experience.

The outdoor area

Outside, in the large garden, you will find a spacious covered terrace with a dining table and chairs where you can enjoy all your meals throughout the day. There is also a large built-in barbecue and a lovely lounge area where you can relax during warm summer evenings. A hammock is also available, perfect for a peaceful half-hour siesta.

The pool area features a saltwater pool (12 x 4 m and 1.50 m deep), surrounded by parasols, sun loungers, and an outdoor shower. From the pool, you can enjoy a beautiful view over the Spoleto Valley below the villa. It is possible to have the pool heated for an additional fee.

For security reasons, outdoor surveillance cameras have been installed in all outdoor areas (not inside the villa).

You will also have access to board games and a table tennis table. The friendly owners are happy to assist with bicycle rentals (including electric bikes) and can help arrange guided tours in the area. If you wish, private fitness sessions with a personal trainer can also be arranged at the villa.

The layout of the villa

The villa is tastefully and artistically decorated and offers all modern comforts. It features a fully equipped kitchen, 3 large double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, and a smaller bedroom with a single sofa bed, allowing the villa to accommodate up to 7 guests.

All bathrooms are equipped with toiletries including shampoo, body wash, soap, and body lotion. The villa also offers a large shared living room with a fireplace and beautiful views over the surrounding landscape and Assisi.

The villa is additionally equipped with air conditioning, mosquito screens, fireplace, Netflix TV, wine cellar, washing machine, tumble dryer, safe, and Wi-Fi throughout the villa and extending to the pool area.

The surrounding area

The nearest town is Assisi, a charming medieval town filled with atmospheric streets, bars, and restaurants where you can enjoy the local Italian lifestyle. Here you will also find a bank, pharmacy, and a small grocery shop. The nearest large supermarket is located in Bastia Umbra, just 4 km away.
