Villa Teresa accommodates 8–12 guests in 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

The Villa's Outdoor Areas

The villa is surrounded by a beautifully maintained garden with outdoor furniture, providing the perfect setting for enjoying meals outside.

There is also a laundry room with washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board available for guests.

The swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 1.8 m, with Roman steps) is surrounded by a small English-style garden, with sun loungers and parasols available for relaxing by the pool.

The entire pool area is enclosed by cypress trees and hedges, ensuring privacy and a peaceful atmosphere for guests.

The villa is fully enclosed with an automatic entrance gate, and the private parking area is located within the property.

The Villa Interior

The villa extends over 180 m² and is arranged across three floors.

On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall providing access to either the kitchen or the living room. The spacious living area extends across the entire floor and is divided into two sections by a large archway. One side features a TV lounge with fireplace, while the other offers a spacious kitchen with dining area and a bathroom.

On the first floor, you will find the sleeping area with two symmetrical double bedrooms, both with private bathrooms. The bedrooms are connected by an intermediate living room featuring a double sofa bed.

The upper floor offers a double bedroom and a bathroom with a large spa bath.

The lower ground floor can be accessed both via an internal staircase and directly from the pool area. Here you will find a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining space, living room with sofa bed and TV, as well as a bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a double bedroom with a baby cot.

The Surrounding Area

Villa Teresa is a beautiful and completely renovated villa offering wonderful views over the valley surrounding Cortona.

The villa is located a short distance from a small village, which can be reached by a pleasant walk of approximately 15–20 minutes. Here you will find a restaurant, pizzeria and bar.
