Sasso Canaldo is a charming detached villa of 250 m², offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Great attention has been paid to every detail, creating the perfect setting for a relaxing and memorable holiday.

The Villa's Outdoor Areas

Surrounded by oak trees, olive trees and vineyards, this small enclave of houses is set within a beautifully maintained garden featuring rose beds, lavender and charming outdoor spaces.

The traditional Italian garden also includes a pergola and a small goldfish pond. From the terrace, you can enjoy views across the garden maze and the surrounding hills.

Activities such as tennis, horse riding, golf and thermal baths are all within easy reach.

The swimming pool (17 x 7 m, depth 1.20–2.10 m) is shared with three holiday apartments located a comfortable distance from the villa. There is plenty of space for everyone, with several cosy areas arranged around the pool where you can relax.

The outdoor furniture is naturally made of wood and complemented by beautiful parasols, creating an inviting and authentic atmosphere.

The Villa Interior

On the ground floor, you will find a small living room leading into a spacious open-plan area with an open fireplace. From here, there is access to an Italian-style garden room overlooking the olive grove.

The garden room is furnished with outdoor furniture, providing the perfect place to enjoy an evening meal while taking in the peaceful views.

On the side of the villa facing the swimming pool, there is a covered terrace and an old pizza oven available for guests to use freely.

The ground floor also features a well-equipped kitchen with oven, refrigerator, hob and dishwasher. In addition, there is one single bedroom and a bathroom.

On the first floor, there are three double bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms with bathtubs. There is also a double bedroom with two single beds and its own panoramic terrace, as well as an additional bathroom with shower.

The villa also offers satellite TV, washing machine, barbecue facilities and its own charming private garden.

The location in the heart of Tuscany, southwest of Arezzo, is ideal for exploring this fascinating and historic region.

From the villa, the charming medieval town of Lucignano is within walking distance (approximately 2 km – although the walk is best suited for those who enjoy a pleasant stroll). Here you can experience the authentic atmosphere of a local Tuscan town.

Lucignano also offers a selection of lovely shops, including a traditional butcher, charming cafés, restaurants and local shopping opportunities.
