Villa San Martino has space for 10 - 12 persons, divided into 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.

This beautiful private villa, located 550 meters above sea level, secluded mixed olive groves and oak forests which offers a fantastic view of the rolling hillside valley, which is located above. Villa San Martino was originally an old Tuscan farmhouse built in the first half of the 1800s and was characteristic of an economical Tuscan architecture, renovation of the villa was completed in 2001 while preserving the meticulous charm.

The villa consists of a two floors and an annex. On the ground floor you are greeted by an open well equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, a dining table with seating for 12, a living room with TV and sofa bed and a bathroom-If we move further we are met by the stairs leading to the first floor here are three bedrooms where one is with double bed and en-suite bathroom with bath, one with double bed with en-suite bathroom with shower and the third is with double bed with loft with two single beds for a total of four sleeping guests and private bathroom. Right next to the villa is the annex which consists of a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

The whole villa is equipped with washing machine, hair dryer, TV, air conditioning and Wifi,

If we move out into the garden we are greeted by a large delicious pool (10 x 5 meters) where you can lie and enjoy the sun's rays and completely relax and enjoy the panoramic view of the Tuscan countryside. There is also a large terrace with a beautiful stone grill and a large table with seating for 12 people, where all the Italian delicacies can be enjoyed with peace and relaxation.

Not far from Villa San Martino is the village of Castiglion Fiorentino which is known for its annual festivals and Etruscan archeological site, with the villa's location you have the opportunity to visit the nearby region of Umbria where you can go on excursions in the ancient medieval towns such as Perugia and Assisi.
