Welcome to Villa Ronzano, a charming villa that warmly welcomes up to 10 guests, arranged across 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms with showers and 1 guest toilet. One of the bedrooms and bathrooms is located in the adjoining annex.

The Villa's Outdoor Areas

Outside, you will naturally find the covered dining area with a table and chairs, as well as a lovely pool area with a swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 140 cm) and sun loungers.

Just beyond the garden, the surrounding fields open up, and on the horizon you can see the mountains rising in the distance, creating a peaceful and beautiful backdrop.

Should the weather, against expectations, not be at its best during your stay at Villa Ronzano, you can enjoy the indoor spa area with Jacuzzi, sauna, chromotherapy and a comfortable lounge area. But do not worry – this space is not only reserved for rainy days. Even when the sun is shining, it is the perfect place to enjoy a little extra relaxation and indulgence during your holiday.

The Villa Interior

The villa is arranged over two floors. On the ground floor, you enter directly into the bright and modern kitchen. Looking around, you will notice the classic terracotta floors, reflecting the traditional Tuscan style, as well as the authentic ceilings with exposed wooden beams.

The ground floor also features a dining area with seating for everyone, a comfortable sofa area with TV, and a guest toilet. There is an additional entrance from the villa leading directly to the pool area.

From the windows on the first floor, you can enjoy breathtaking views across the surrounding landscape, and on clear days you may even catch a glimpse of Cortona in the distance. This floor offers four double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom.

Right next to the villa, and at the end of the pool area, you will find the small annex, which accommodates 2 guests. Here you will find a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. It is the perfect private retreat when travelling with several generations together.

Throughout the villa, warm colours, light tones and beautiful textiles create a welcoming atmosphere, making it a wonderful place to relax and enjoy your holiday.

The Surrounding Area

You are only 12 km from the beautiful town of Cortona, but several other wonderful destinations are also within easy reach. These include the medieval town of Castiglion Fiorentino, Camucia with its large supermarkets, Arezzo, and not least Perugia, the capital of Umbria.

Perugia offers a rich history, excellent cuisine, fascinating architecture and world-famous chocolate – all waiting to be discovered.

A stay at Villa Ronzano offers plenty of opportunities to relax and enjoy the villa itself, while also providing an ideal base for exploring the beautiful Tuscan and Umbrian countryside and everything the surrounding area has to offer.
