The Villa's Surroundings
This delightful villa is located at the end of a 250-metre gravel road, just 1 km from the village of Monticiano. Set in peaceful and private surroundings, the property is surrounded by a spacious garden with its own swimming pool, a large lawn and an abundance of colourful flowers.
The covered terrace is the perfect place for al fresco dining while enjoying the beautiful Tuscan countryside. Here you will also find a built-in barbecue, a wood-fired pizza oven and a table tennis table. Several additional terraces are scattered around the property, offering inviting spots to relax throughout the day.
Pets are welcome, and a large fenced area of the garden has been reserved especially for them.
The oval saltwater swimming pool (11 x 5.5 m, depth 1.10–1.70 m) is surrounded by sun loungers and parasols, while a small poolside bar with music adds to the relaxed holiday atmosphere.
The owners are exceptionally welcoming and are always happy to assist with recommendations for activities in the area or prepare meals for you during your stay. Their cooking is an experience in itself, whether you choose homemade pizzas or traditional Tuscan specialities, beautifully prepared and as pleasing to the eye as they are to the palate.
The Villa Interior
This is a comfortable villa for families of up to seven guests. Large windows and French doors fill the house with natural light, while the spacious rooms are tastefully furnished with a harmonious blend of antiques and contemporary furniture.
The ground floor has been carefully restored, preserving its authentic character with exposed wooden beams and traditional terracotta floors.
The spacious living area features a dining table, fireplace and open-plan kitchen. In front of the fireplace, you will find comfortable sofas, modern armchairs, a large satellite TV, and two French doors opening directly onto the garden.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, toaster and espresso machine.
The villa offers three double bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and ceiling fan. The second features a queen-size bed, satellite TV and French doors opening onto the garden. The third also has a queen-size bed, with French doors providing direct access to the garden and swimming pool. If required, a seventh guest can be accommodated on an extra bed in one of the bedrooms or in the living area.
There are two spacious bathrooms: one with a walk-in shower, double washbasin, washing machine and hairdryer, and the other with a Jacuzzi bathtub and a hydromassage shower.
All windows are fitted with mosquito screens. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa. Additional amenities include an iron, radio, DVD player, CD player and MP3 player.
The Surrounding Area
The surrounding countryside offers wonderful walking routes through the lush Tuscan landscape. On arrival, the owners are delighted to welcome guests with an aperitif by the pool.
Takeaway meals can be delivered to the villa, and it is also possible to order traditional Tuscan dinners prepared by the owners. A selection of local products is available for purchase at the property.

The charming village of Monticiano is just 1 km away and offers restaurants, cafés, a supermarket and several other local shops, making it easy to enjoy everything you need within a short distance of the villa.
