Villa for 16 persons - 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. 

Villa Provenza is an outstanding villa on 250 sqm in private surroundings and surrounded by palmtrees and a lovely garden. Here you are guanteed an amazing family vacation, you don't want to leave just yet. The villa has colorfully decorated, but has still remained its true sicilian expression. 

The house has its own swimmingpool just for you (9 x 6 m - dybde 1,4 m - 1,7 m, with internal steps) with sunbeds, sofa groups and parasols. The house is fenced off and has a big garden, that includes a playground for the children. From almost all the different angles you can see the beautiful Mediterranean Sea. 

The house has severel levels, where in ground floor there is sleeping places for 6 persons allot on two doublerooms with doublebeds and with own ensuite with shower and wc. There is also a room with twin beds which also has its own ensuite bathroom with shower and wc.

Here on ground floor you are welcomed by robust wooden door and leading you through the living room, on to the dining room and then the big, open and inviting kitchen with stove, oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.The kitchen also contains a dining area with table and chairs. The dining area has a big glass partition that opens up to the outdoor terrace with a long dining table and chairs. Here you have the opportunity to enjoy a true italian dinner either inside or outside - what ever you would like. There is plenty of space for the whole family to gather and enjoy the true vacation vibes that follows. 

The living room on ground floor has a sofabed with sleeping space for 2 persons. 

Outside the house by the terrace there is an external staircase that leads you up to second floor with room for 10 persons allot on three bedrooms. One bedroom with a kingsize bed, and two doublerooms with doublebeds and their own loft area where as you will find two more additional beds. The doublebed in the two doublerooms with lofts can be separated upon request. The two doublerooms also has their own ensuite with shower and wc. 

There is parking on the property. 

The villa is fully fenced off and has driveway gate.
