Situated in a panoramic position overlooking a green landscape of wooded hills, this beautiful stone house, surrounded by a wide fenced garden, has been restored and furnished simply and comfortably for holiday use.

The house is surrounded by a wide fenced garden where the pool is set (6x 12 mts - 120 - 150 cm deep) and guests have a covered loggia furnished with table and chairs for outside dinners.

In the nearest village, there are shops, a bank, a post office and a local restaurant serving typical Tuscan cuisine. Siena is 34 kms away.

Sleeps 10 persons. If you only rent the villa for 6 persons, 2 af the bedrooms and 1 of the bathrooms will be closed.  

On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with fireplace, a kitchen (oven, cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher), one double bedded room, one twin bedded room and a bathroom with shower.

On the first floor there is a living room, two double bedded rooms, one twin bedded room, a bathroom with bath tube and a bathroom with shower.

Satellite tv, mosquito nets on all the windows, barbecue, washing machine available.
