The Villa's Surroundings

The villa enjoys a panoramic setting with beautiful views across a lush landscape of rolling, forest-covered hills.

Housed in a traditional stone building, the villa is surrounded by gardens and has recently been restored and simply yet comfortably furnished for holiday stays.

The property is set within a large enclosed garden, where the swimming pool (6 x 12 m, depth 120–150 cm) is the natural focal point. A covered loggia, furnished with a dining table and chairs, provides the perfect setting for al fresco meals.

The Villa's Interior

The villa accommodates up to 10 guests. If the villa is booked for only 6 guests, two of the bedrooms and one bathroom will be closed off.

On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher), two double bedrooms, and one bathroom with a shower.

The first floor offers a second living room, three double bedrooms, and two bathrooms.

The villa is equipped with satellite TV, mosquito screens on all windows, a barbecue, and a washing machine. There is no internet connection at the villa, although wireless internet dongles can be purchased from Wind or Vodafone.

The nearest village offers shops, a bank, a post office, and a local restaurant serving traditional Tuscan cuisine.
