The apartment includes air conditioning and a safety box.

Outside, the apartment has its own furnished garden area, complete with a barbecue reserved exclusively for apartment guests.

Apt. Bougainvillea, of 50 sqm, is on the ground floor and sleeps 4 - 6 persons. It has its own area in the garden furnished for eating outside.

The entrance leads from the garden into the living room where there is a sitting area with wickerwork furniture and a sofa (which converts to two single beds), on the right there is the dining area with a round table. In this room there is also a cupboard containing a single bed if required.

To the right of the living room is the well equipped travertine kitchen corner with electric oven and two electric plates, fridge, toaster, dishwasher, microwave and both Italian moka and filter coffee machines.

A corridor from the living room leads to the bedroom with double bed (which can be converted into two single beds) a further single bed and a large fitted wardrobe.

Further along the corridor to the right there is the travertine bathroom with washing machine and big shower cubicle. 

The apartment has its own private area in the garden where under a pergola you will find a marble table, chairs and a wrought iron sofa with comfortable cushions. Also, in the garden is a private shower with hot and cold water, a barbecue, and two deckchairs. 

The apartment do not have air conditioning.

Entry to the apartment is by a spiral staircase leading up from the garden to the apartment's large terrace furnished with table and chairs, pergola, two sunbeds, shower with hot and cold water and a grill.

From the terrace one enters the living room where there is a sofa which converts to a double bed and a wardrobe; on the right hand side is the dining table and well equipped kitchen area with hob with 2 electric rings, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, both Italian moka and filter coffee machines.

Nearby is a sliding door opening on to the bathroom with shower cubicle and washing machine.

On the left hand side is a glass enclosed loggia with two single beds or a double bed.

The apartment has air conditioning for the cold months of the year and for the summertime.

There is parking space in the villa's enclosed garden.
