Villa Perla is beautifully situated on a hilltop with breathtaking views and surrounded by vineyards in the heart of the Langhe-Monferrato UNESCO World Heritage area. The villa is located in a small hamlet of buildings, where the neighbouring properties are mainly wineries.

The villa's interior

On the ground floor, you will find one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a separate guest toilet, a spacious dining area with table and chairs, a fireplace and a cosy living room with sofas.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes a large fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, induction hob, large oven, microwave and espresso machine.

On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms with bunk beds and one bedroom with two single beds.

The villa's outdoor area

Here, you can truly enjoy the surrounding nature, relax by the beautiful swimming pool (9 x 4 m, depth 1.40 m) with views towards the mountains, and enjoy delicious Italian meals in the private garden.

It is often possible to see the Alps from both the villa and the garden, adding an extra magical touch to the setting.
