Villa Perla has room for 12 people, divided into 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Villa Perla is located on a hilltop with amazing view and world famous vineyards. This villa is in the middle of the Langhe-Monferrato UNESCO world heritage area and the neighboring houses are all wineries. 

Villa Perla is the perfect spot if you are looking for holiday in farmhouse area and great outdoor life! Just 15 minutes drive from Alba, the location alone truly offers an incredible scenery. 

The house is perfect for your holiday together with friends or family in the Langhe-Monferrato area.

The villa is newly renovated with an appealing result. On the ground floor you find 1 double bed bedroom with en-suite bathroom, separate toilet, spacious dining area with table, chairs, fireplace, living room with couch and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with large fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, induction stove top, large oven, mircowave and espreso mashine.

On the first floor you can find 2 bedrooms with double bed and bunk beds and 1 bedroom with a twin bed. There are 3 bathrooms in the villa.

You will enjoy the outside area, relaxing in the beautiful pool (9 x 4 m, depth 1,40 m) overlooking the vineyards and enjoying delicious italien food in a small private garden with some garden furniture.  

The home is located on top of a hill in between the wine farms offering tranquility and great views on the surrounding landscape. On clear days the snow capped peaks of the Alps are visible.

This part of Piemonte is famous for it’s (Barolo) wines, white truffles and great Italian food!

If you wish, you can also request for us to organize cooking classes, picnic in the vineyards and wine tasting, yoga, bike rental or you can get a personal chef to cook delicious italian food for you and your familiy. 

The neighbor is a welcoming wine farmer and if you are interested you can arrange with him to visit the winecellar and taste his wine. 

Close to the villa is a beautiful Castle located in the heart of the village Costigliole d'Asti. Another close tip for a visit is Calosso, which offers a cozy hood and great views.
