The villa is located in the rolling countryside of Piazzano, just a short drive from the charming medieval town of Cortona.

Description of the villa

This captivating stone house consists of a main house and a private annex, featuring five tastefully decorated bedrooms and four modern bathrooms, each equipped with a shower and hairdryer. A welcome package with travel-size toiletries adds the finishing touch to ensure you feel at home from the moment you arrive.

The centerpiece of the villa is undoubtedly the kitchen, which includes everything you might need, such as a dishwasher, oven, and an espresso machine. Large glass doors open to the lush garden, providing plenty of opportunities for outdoor dining under the Tuscan sky.

The stylish dining area and spacious living room with a fireplace create an inviting atmosphere, encouraging relaxation after a day in the sun. On the ground floor, there is also a bedroom (with twin beds) featuring a private bathroom, while the upper floor boasts the master bedroom (with a double bed) and an ensuite bathroom.

In the annex, you will find three additional bedrooms (king-size beds) and two bathrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, while the living room and kitchen have ceiling fans to maintain a comfortable indoor climate.

Outdoor area

Outside, the villa is surrounded by an inviting garden with various levels. There is also a large BBQ area, perfect for cozy grilling evenings with family and friends.

Close to the house and ideally situated for the views, you will find the swimming pool, which is naturally accompanied by sun loungers. This all provides an ideal setting to enjoy the warm Tuscan sun and take a refreshing dip.

What’s in the area?

Villa Namaste also offers relatively easy access to local supermarkets. The nearest shopping options are in Camucia (approximately 8 km away), and a drive to the cozy medieval town of Cortona takes about 15 minutes. We also highly recommend a trip to Lake Trasimeno, Perugia, and Arezzo, to name a few. But there is plenty to explore for a day or two in this villa.

When you get hungry, there is a pizzeria nearby (2.1 km), as well as agriturismos where you can dine. And if you want to treat yourselves, you can choose to have a luxurious dinner at Villa di Piazzano, which is your closest neighbor within walking distance (approximately 700 m).
