Villa Montignoso is an elegant country estate made up of two separate villas. The main villa accommodates 4–6 guests and includes the main kitchen and spacious living areas, while the newly built stone annex next door accommodates 12–14 guests. With its elegant and tasteful style, Villa Montignoso is the perfect setting for a family holiday, a large group of friends, or a special celebration such as a family gathering or anniversary.

The villas

Both villas have been furnished in a refined and timeless style that combines simplicity and elegance while respecting traditional Tuscan architecture. Great attention has been paid to every detail, including limewashed and hand finished walls, Carrara marble bathrooms and kitchen, terracotta floors, a beautiful terrace paved in Pienza travertine stone, and exposed wooden beams throughout the bedrooms.

The owner has also ensured that the villas offer every modern comfort, including air conditioning in all bedrooms, satellite TV, telephone, high speed WiFi, a laundry room, dishwasher, and a fully equipped kitchen with two refrigerators, a freezer, microwave, espresso machine, and ice maker.

The ground floor features a spacious entrance hall, a large living room, and an impressive dining room with a fireplace. There is also a guest bathroom and an exceptionally spacious 60 m² kitchen finished in light grey marble, complete with a fireplace, pantry, six burner cooker, barbecue fireplace, two refrigerators, freezer, microwave, espresso machine, cookware, and everything needed for preparing meals.

The generous ground floor, with its large kitchen and inviting living areas, makes the villa particularly well suited for weddings, birthdays, family celebrations, and other special occasions where everyone can gather together.

On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom. There is also a spacious office that can easily be converted into an additional bedroom if required.

Outside, the villa has a large covered terrace with garden furniture and several dining areas, ideal for relaxed lunches in the shade and long evenings spent together outdoors.

The newly built annex has been constructed from traditional natural stone and designed in harmony with the original Tuscan building style.

The ground floor offers a spacious living room with a sofa bed, one bedroom, a bathroom suitable for guests with reduced mobility, and a laundry room.

On the first floor there is one double bedroom with a private en suite bathroom, together with five additional bedrooms (four double bedrooms and one smaller bedroom with bunk beds). These bedrooms share three additional bathrooms.

Outdoor area

Next to the large covered terrace you will find the impressive fenced swimming pool (15 x 6.5–8.5 metres, with a depth ranging from 1.20 to 3.90 metres). The pool area is equipped with sun loungers, parasols, and even a diving board, making it a wonderful place for both adults and children to enjoy long summer days.

The property also includes a beautiful private woodland and park covering 9 hectares, offering plenty of opportunities for walking, jogging, or simply enjoying the peaceful Tuscan countryside throughout the year.

Around 3 km from Montignoso are the small villages of Castagno and San Vivaldo, where you will find a selection of restaurants and bars.

During your stay, it is also possible to arrange additional cleaning, private cooking classes at the villa, wine tastings, or a private chef who can prepare dinner while you relax on the terrace with a good book or a game of cards.
