Villa Mia Lucca is a beautifully fully renovated (as of 2025) Tuscan villa accommodating up to 6 adults or 4 adults and 4 children, nestled in the heart of nature just outside the historic city of Lucca. Here you stay privately and undisturbed in a protected forest area, surrounded by rolling green hills, woodland, and a peaceful river winding through the landscape. This is Tuscany at its most atmospheric.

Luxury, comfort, and creative immersion

The villa offers a generous 220 m² of living space and is designed in a bright, modern style with warm natural materials, polished concrete floors, and calm color tones that create a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The heart of the home is the open-plan kitchen and living area with a fireplace, where you can gather for shared meals and cozy evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the villa features three bedrooms and two modern bathrooms.

The house is conceived as a private sanctuary for creative immersion and therefore also offers an artist’s studio, a private gym, a hammock, and a whirlpool.

Private pool, tranquility, and true Tuscan atmosphere

In the middle of the garden you will find your completely private pool area, where your holiday can truly be enjoyed. There is both a swimming pool and a hot tub, surrounded by sun terraces with views over the Serchio River, allowing you to lean back and take in the green surroundings. The garden also features an outdoor shower and a fully equipped barbecue area, inviting you to enjoy long, warm evenings with shared meals under the open sky. Everything is set within a private, forested landscape.

A central location in Tuscany

The villa is located just a 15-minute drive from Lucca’s charming historic center, where you can stroll along the city walls, enjoy lunch in small piazzas, and soak up the local atmosphere. You are also only 30 minutes from the beaches of the Versilia coast, and Pisa, Florence, and other iconic destinations are within easy driving distance.

Throughout the Lucca area there are over 500 restaurants, offering ample opportunity to explore Tuscan cuisine in all its variations. The owners are happy to assist with restaurant reservations, recommendations for local vineyards and wine tastings, and ideas for excursions in the area, so you can make the most of your stay.
