Villa Massimo is a modern holiday home for 6–7 guests with 3 bedrooms.

The villa offers a private swimming pool and a peaceful location in the heart of Tuscany. Set in the countryside near Peccioli, it is an excellent choice for a family or two couples who would like the privacy of their own villa while still having the opportunity to join communal dinners and activities at the neighbouring agriturismo, Il Gattero.

From here, you are within easy reach of several of Tuscany's most famous towns. Volterra and San Gimignano are perfect for day trips, while Pisa, Siena and Florence can also easily be visited in a day.

The Villa

Built in 2014/2015, the villa is arranged over two floors. The floors are connected by an internal staircase, although the first floor also has its own separate entrance.

On the ground floor, you will find a spacious open-plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a double sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and microwave. This floor also has one bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.

The first floor has two bedrooms. One features a double bed and a single bed, while the other has a double bed. Both bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms.

The interior is simple and functional, making the villa well suited to guests who appreciate generous living space, private bathrooms for every bedroom and the convenience of staying together under one roof throughout the holiday.

Outdoor area

Surrounding the villa is a terrace furnished with outdoor dining furniture, a barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven. It is the perfect place to enjoy meals outdoors while taking in the peaceful surroundings.

Approximately 25 metres from the villa is the private swimming pool, measuring 10 x 5 metres. Around the pool you will find six sun loungers, a parasol and an outdoor hot-water shower.

The villa enjoys a very peaceful setting, and the outdoor area provides an ideal backdrop for relaxing days by the pool. It is, however, worth noting that the villa is located next to Il Gattero, so it is not completely secluded.

Il Gattero and the surrounding area

Next to Villa Massimo is the agriturismo Il Gattero. By prior arrangement, guests are welcome to join communal dinners and other activities together with the agriturismo's other visitors. There is also table tennis, bicycles and the opportunity to purchase locally produced products.

The nearest grocery store is approximately 3 km from the villa. Peccioli is just over 8 km away, while Volterra is around 22 km away and San Gimignano approximately 34 km. Pisa Airport is about 45 km from the villa, and the Tuscan coast is around 50 km away.

Villa Massimo is therefore an excellent base for guests who wish to combine relaxing days by their private pool with excursions to charming hill towns, local wineries and some of Tuscany's best-known attractions.
