The villa's outdoor area

It is difficult to find a better view of Lake Trasimeno. If you can take your eyes away from the breathtaking scenery, you can enjoy the wonderful private swimming pool (5 x 10 m, depth 1.20–2.10 m).

Around the pool, eight sun loungers are ready for you to relax and soak up the peaceful atmosphere.

On the terrace, which is an extension of the house, you will find garden furniture perfect for enjoying outdoor meals together.

The garden surrounding the property features beautiful olive trees, bushes and a variety of herbs, creating a wonderful Mediterranean atmosphere.

The villa's interior

On the ground floor, you will find the large, modern and beautifully designed kitchen, which also includes a dining area. Of course, there is a large window section where you can enjoy the stunning views while cooking or dining.

In addition to the kitchen, the villa offers an inviting living room with TV, a fitness room, four bedrooms with double beds, one of which also has a loft area with an additional single bed, and three newly renovated bathrooms. One of the bathrooms also includes a laundry area.

The basement is something special, featuring an impressive wine cellar with a large selection of local wines. Guests do not have free access to the wine cellar, but the owners are happy to show it upon request.

Thanks to the thick stone walls, the villa remains pleasantly cool during the warm summer months.

The surrounding area

The Umbrian countryside offers wonderful nature, especially around Lake Trasimeno, which is only 3 km away.

There is plenty to experience around the lake, and you can take a boat trip to one of the islands – a truly memorable experience.

From Passignano Sul Trasimeno (14 km), you can sail to Isola Maggiore, where you will find restaurants, mainly serving fresh fish dishes.

From San Feliciano (3.6 km), you can take a boat to the largest island, Isola Polvese, which is home to a beautiful nature park.

The villages of Casenuove, San Feliciano and Le Piagge are all located between 3 and 4 km from the villa. Here you will find restaurants and opportunities for shopping.

Umbria is a region filled with beautiful landscapes and historic towns, offering opportunities for shopping, sightseeing and enjoying excellent food in one of the many restaurants.
