Behind the villa, there is a lovely terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue — the perfect spot for outdoor meals or a glass of wine in the evening sun. In the garden, you’ll find the private pool (10 x 5 meters, 1.4 m deep), surrounded by sun loungers and offering a beautiful view of the vineyards and the historic town of Canelli, with the iconic Gancia Castle as a backdrop.

Villa Maddalena is spread over three floors and offers bright rooms, charming details, and a relaxed atmosphere. On the ground floor, you’ll find a large, fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the garden, as well as a spacious dining room with plenty of space for everyone. There are also several cozy living areas with sofas, a fireplace, and a TV — perfect for quiet moments together. This floor also includes a bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet, and a laundry room.

The first floor features four double bedrooms and three bathrooms with showers, one of which is en suite. On the top floor, there is a large bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed for the 11th and 12th guests, along with a private bathroom. All bedrooms are air-conditioned to ensure a comfortable night’s sleep, even on warm summer nights.

Villa Maddalena is located just 2 km from Canelli, where you’ll find restaurants, cafés, and shops — and not least the famous underground wine cellars, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site. You can also easily reach cities such as Acqui Terme, Asti, and Alba, where wine, truffles, and authentic Piedmontese charm await.

For wine enthusiasts, local tastings and winery visits can be arranged, and for those who prefer total relaxation, it’s also possible to book a private chef at the villa.
