The villa's outdoor area

When you step out into the beautiful garden, you are welcomed by the private fenced swimming pool (5 x 10 m, depth 1.25–1.45 m), which is also perfect for younger children, allowing them to play safely and undisturbed in the garden.

In the garden, you will also find a charming barbecue area where you can enjoy warm evenings with delicious Tuscan dishes under the open sky.

The villa's interior

At the foot of the hills of Cortona lies Villa Luna, a charming 19th-century villa. Carefully restored in traditional Tuscan style with a touch of English shabby chic, the villa offers a cosy and welcoming atmosphere.

Located in the scenic countryside near the historic town of Cortona, the villa provides an idyllic retreat for those seeking peace, relaxation and unforgettable holiday memories in beautiful surroundings.

Villa Luna is arranged over two floors.

On the ground floor, you will find a cosy living room with a fireplace and a comfortable seating area, creating the perfect setting for relaxing moments. There is also a dining area and a kitchen where you can prepare delicious holiday meals.

The villa is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Connected to the kitchen is a beautiful conservatory that can be enjoyed all year round. It has air conditioning for both heating and cooling, and the windows can be partially opened, allowing you to adapt the space to the season.

On the first floor, there are three charming bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. From every bedroom, you can enjoy beautiful views across the surrounding countryside.

The villa accommodates up to 6 guests and is therefore ideal for families or groups of friends who wish to enjoy a peaceful holiday together – surrounded by tranquillity and with stunning views.

The surrounding area

With the villa’s location just a few kilometres from Cortona and close to the border with Umbria, you will be surrounded by beautiful countryside and authentic Italian charm.

You can easily explore local villages, historic sights and the area’s wonderful food and wine culture.

There are a few restaurants in Camucia, but we recommend visiting Cortona when you wish to enjoy a special dinner. Before or after your meal, you can stroll through the charming streets of the town and soak up the atmosphere.

Both Cortona and Camucia offer supermarkets. In Camucia, you will find supermarkets such as Coop, Conad and Gala.
