Carefully restored in traditional Tuscan style, with a touch of English shabby chic, it creates a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Situated in the picturesque countryside, near the historic town of Cortona, this villa offers an idyllic retreat for those seeking peace, relaxation, and great holiday memories in beautiful surroundings.

When you step out into the lovely garden, you are greeted by the fenced swimming pool (5 x 10 m (125 - 145 cm deep)), perfect for small children to play undisturbed in the garden. You will also find a cozy barbecue area in the garden, where you can enjoy warm evenings with delicious Tuscan dishes under the open sky.

Villa Luna is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living room with a fireplace and a sofa area, inviting you to relax. There is also a dining area and a kitchen where you can prepare delicious holiday meals. Additionally, the villa is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, WIFI, and air conditioning.

On the first floor, you will find 3 cozy bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. From each bedroom, you can enjoy the view of the beautiful landscape. The villa accommodates up to 6 people, making it ideal for families or groups of friends to enjoy a relaxing holiday with stunning views.

With the villa's location only a few kilometers from Cortona, close to the border between Tuscany and Umbria, you can easily visit local villages, historical landmarks, and the area's fantastic food and wine culture.

Prices included:

Gas, electricity, water, heating, WIFI, air condition, as well as welcome packhage with shampoo, balsam and body lotion, along with towels, pool towels and bed linen.

Waste sorting is important in Italy and must be done correctly, just like in Denmark. If you’re unsure how to sort the waste, don’t hesitate to ask the owners. If the property has not been tidied, waste sorted, and disposed of in the designated bins, a fee will be charged at check-out.

Pool season:

The swimmingpool is open from March - October (depending on the weather).

To be paid locally and directly to the owners:

Final cleaning: 300 euro (cash).

Baby cot and high chair: 50 euro per set per week.

Late check in (after 19:00): 50 euro.

Pets are allowed on request: 50 euro per pet.

NB - Tourist tax:

A tourist tax applies, which is a small fee to be paid directly to the owners upon arrival.
