Located in the beautiful hills surrounding Cortona, not far from Tuscany’s most famous art cities, you will find Villa Lucia – a modern villa that combines creative, stylish design with the authentic Tuscan landscape.

This villa is the result of an extensive restoration of an older property and stands out with its unique interior, thoughtful design and attention to detail throughout.

The villa's interior

The villa offers approximately 300 m² of living space and is furnished with antiques, artwork and beautiful textiles, creating a unique and sophisticated atmosphere in every room.

The villa accommodates up to 8 guests in four beautifully decorated bedrooms, all with private bathrooms and air conditioning. Every detail has been carefully selected to ensure both luxury and a truly special atmosphere that goes beyond the ordinary.

The large, fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine, coffee machine, fridge and hob) is ideal for preparing wonderful meals together. From here, there is access to a spacious pantry and laundry room.

The living room is comfortable and inviting, featuring sofas, TV and a reading corner overlooking the garden. The bright dining room offers breathtaking views across the Tuscan countryside.

The outdoor area and garden

Just outside the kitchen, you will find a large pergola with a dining table and modern barbecue, perfect for enjoying all your outdoor meals.

Villa Lucia is surrounded by a lush multi-level garden filled with a variety of plants, a charming fountain, a small pond with goldfish and a wonderful swimming pool (11 x 4.5 m, depth 1.20–1.50 m).

The pool area is equipped with sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower, allowing you to fully enjoy relaxing days by the water. There is also a separate garden area with a jacuzzi, ideal especially on cooler days.

If you are travelling with children, there is a dedicated outdoor play area where younger guests can have fun and stay active.

Thanks to its central location, Villa Lucia is easy to reach while still being situated in a peaceful and exclusive corner of authentic Tuscany.

Explore the nearby art cities, enjoy the local food and wine, or simply relax and enjoy the tranquillity of the villa and its surroundings. The area around Cortona offers countless experiences. Visit the beautiful Lake Trasimeno, where you can take boat trips and enjoy the views from the charming villages surrounding the lake.

Montepulciano is also within easy driving distance and is famous for its excellent wine production – perfect for a day of wine tasting.

The town of Arezzo, with its impressive square and antique market, is also well worth a visit. Finally, you can explore Pienza, a UNESCO World Heritage town filled with Renaissance architecture and beautiful views across the Val d’Orcia.
