Layout of the villa

Villa Lionella is a detached luxury villa set over two floors with a total area of 220 m². There are five bedrooms in total, three of which are double bedrooms, and five bathrooms with showers, two of which also include bathtubs. In addition, there is a living room with a leather sofa and armchairs, a fireplace, and an LCD TV with satellite channels. There is also a library corner with a sofa bed and armchairs, which can be converted into an extra bedroom.

The dining room features a large wooden table, ideal for cosy shared meals. From the dining room, you have direct access to the kitchen, which is designed in a Provençal style with white tiles decorated with blue flowers. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, and dishwasher. In the basement, there is a game room with a pool table, poker table, comfortable armchairs, satellite TV, a bar with a mini fridge, and an espresso machine.

Outdoor area of the villa

With direct access from the villa, there is a large terrace with plenty of space for outdoor furniture. From here, a staircase leads down to your private pool (12 x 7 m – 1.5 m deep) with hydromassage and sun loungers. Everything is of high quality and offers a stunning view over the hills and valleys. The villa also includes a garden with a lawn.

The property also features a hilly park of 2 hectares with a wide variety of beautiful flowers, plants, and an olive grove, where olives are harvested for the estate’s own oil production.

Il Torrino and its facilities

The villa is part of Il Torrino, a lovely holiday estate of rare and high quality set in the Tuscan countryside. Approximately 1.5 km away lies the town of Montaione, a charming village with restaurants, shops, a small square, and a weekly market.

Within a short distance – but without disturbing the peace at Villa Lionella – there are seven well-appointed apartments, along with a swimming pool and tennis court. You are welcome to use these facilities and to take part in wine tastings and other activities.

There is the option to arrange breakfast or a private chef who prepares traditional Tuscan dishes using fresh, local ingredients. The restaurant offers an à la carte menu in the evenings and is open daily from April to November.

If you would like to learn the secrets of Tuscan cuisine, you can participate in a cooking class. Under expert guidance, you will learn to prepare bruschetta, various types of fresh homemade pasta, pasta sauces, pizza, and dessert.

Il Torrino is located in a beautiful area of Tuscany with many opportunities for activities. There is a tennis court on site, and you can borrow rackets from the reception. Golf Club Castelfalfi, located nearby, is a popular golf course set in a fascinating landscape. Another activity is exploring the Chianti area on horseback, riding through vineyards, olive groves, and rolling green hills with breathtaking views. Tuscany is also a favourite destination for cycling enthusiasts, and the staff at Il Torrino are happy to assist with bike rentals and guided tours.

Terme della Via Francigena is a spa and wellness centre located approximately 10 km from Il Torrino, where you can enjoy various wellness treatments and fully relax.
