Villa Linchiano accommodates 14 guests, with 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.

Located in the peaceful Tuscan countryside and surrounded by forest, you will find Villa Linchiano. The villa features rustic stone walls, traditional wooden beam ceilings and terracotta floors – just like in the old days, but with modern comforts added. ;-)

The villa's outdoor area

In addition to the charming surroundings, the villa offers a beautiful private swimming pool (12 x 5.50 m, depth 1.50 m), complete with parasol and sun loungers.

This beautiful villa is set on one hectare of land consisting of lawns, fields, woodland, olive groves and vineyards, where guests are free to take relaxing walks and explore the surroundings.

The villa's interior

On the ground floor, there is a large living room with TV and sofas. From the living room, you can step outside and enjoy the panoramic shaded outdoor area. Outside, there is a traditional stone oven where you can prepare delicious meals while enjoying the beautiful views.

There is a dining room with a round table, located close to the well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes an oven, two refrigerators with freezers, hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, American-style coffee machine and kettle.

Also on the ground floor, there is one single bedroom and two double bedrooms, one of which has its own private bathroom. All three bathrooms on this floor feature a shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet.

The upper floor features two living rooms, one with a large fireplace, a small kitchen with oven, hob and washing machine, one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and a laundry room.

There are two bathrooms on this level: one with a bathtub/shower and one with a shower only.

The tower is a separate unit located approximately 25 metres from the main house. Inside the tower, you will find a small kitchenette with a hob and a fireplace on the ground floor, a single bedroom, a living room, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet.

Each room in the tower is located on a different level.

All bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers, and every bedroom has mosquito screens and a fan.

The surrounding area

When you wish to explore more of Tuscany, Florence, Siena and Pisa are all within easy reach.

The villa is also located close to the popular medieval town of San Gimignano, famous for its many towers, and right in the heart of the area known for the excellent white wine, Vernaccia di San Gimignano.
