Relaxation by the pool - and experience Tuscany's sights

Villa Linchiano has room for 14 persons, divided into 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.

The villa is divided into two properties, the main house sleeping eleven and the fascinating 12th century Tower, 95 sq.m on five levels, sleeping 3.

Main house: 5 double bedrooms + 1 single bedroom + 5 bathrooms. Tower:1 single + 1 double bedroom + 1 bathroom with shower.

On the ground floor there is a large living-room with tv and comfortable sofa. From the living room, you can walk onto the panoramic shaded outdoor area for a lovely meal. There is a stone barbecue. 

In the dinning room, there is a round table, and its close to a fitted kitchen (oven, 2 fridges with freezer, cooker, microwaves, dishwasher, toaster, American coffee maker, kettle). Still on the ground floor there is a single bedroom and two double bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom. All three bathrooms have a shower, sink, WC and bidet.

 

On the upper floor are two living rooms, one with a large fireplace, a small kitchen with oven, cooker and washing machine, a double bedroom, two rooms with twin beds and a laundry room and two bathrooms, One with bath/shower and the other one with shower only.

Inside the tower there is small kitchen corner with electric hotplates and a fireplace on the ground floor, a single bedroom, a living room, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, sink, WC and bidet. Each room is on different levels.

Hairdryer in every bathroom and mosquito nets and fan in every bedroom.

Also there is a swimming pool (12 x 5,50 m – depth 1,50m) with sunshade and deckchairs. 

This beautiful farmhouse stands in acres of lawn, fields, woods, olive groves and vineyards, and its allowed to wande through  it. 

This villa offers genuine tranquillity seclusion and privacy attracting all those who truly want to discover Tuscany and are looking for a quiet and private holiday. Ancient stone walls enclose simple and comfortable furnished interiors with traditional beamed ceilings and tiled floors.
