Villa Libeccio accommodates 10 people, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in the villa. Additionally, there is an annex with a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a washing machine.

Nestled in the middle of an olive grove and chestnut forest, you will find this beautiful villa. Outside the villa, there is a pergola with an indescribable view over the Val di Chiana Valley, making it hard to pull yourself away. Just behind the pergola, there is a small outdoor kitchen with a wood-fired grill for you to use.

Next to the dining area under the pergola, you’ll find the entrance to the villa, which leads you directly into the living room with a dining area and further into the kitchen. From the kitchen, you can go to the large living room, which has sofas and a TV. There is also direct access to the garden. On the ground floor, there is an additional bathroom with a shower.

On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms with showers.

To reach the annex, you must exit the villa. In the annex, you’ll find a large room with two double beds – perfect for a family. The annex also has a bathroom with a shower, and the washing machine is available for all guests.

Outside, there is plenty of space to enjoy. Walk down to the pool area, where there are sun loungers for you to relax on when you’re not spending time floating, splashing, or swimming in the pool. The pool has a built-in staircase, making it easy to get in and out, and perhaps the little ones will want to sit on the steps to play or get used to the water temperature before jumping in.

You’re close to Cortona, an ideal town to visit and explore. It’s one of Local Living’s favorite towns, as it remains authentic and has many great restaurants, charming shops, and local specialties. You might also consider visiting Lake Trasimeno, Perugia, Arezzo, and the small town of Camucia, all of which would be on our list if we were staying at Villa Libeccio.

Villa Libeccio is a charming, old villa where you will live among forests, olive trees, and with a unique view over the valley. A wonderful location, if you ask us.
