Villa Libeccio accommodates 10 guests, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in the main villa. In addition, there is a separate annex with one bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a washing machine.

The villa's outdoor area

Surrounded by an olive grove and chestnut forest, you will find this beautiful villa in a peaceful and scenic setting.

Outside the villa, there is a pergola where the views across the Val di Chiana valley are simply breathtaking, and you may find it difficult to leave this wonderful spot. Just behind the pergola, you will find a small outdoor kitchen with a barbecue that can be lit using firewood.

There is plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors. A path leads down to the swimming pool, where you will find sun loungers perfect for relaxing when you are not spending your time floating, playing or swimming in the water.

The pool features built-in steps, making it easy to enter and exit. The steps are also a lovely place for younger children to sit and play or get used to the water temperature before jumping in for a swim.

The villa's interior

Next to the dining area under the pergola, you will find the entrance to the villa, which leads directly into the living area with dining space and onwards to the kitchen.

From the kitchen, you can continue into the large living room, furnished with sofas and a TV. There is also direct access to the garden from here.

On the ground floor, there is an additional bathroom with shower.

The first floor features three double bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers.

To access the annex, you need to step outside the main villa. The annex offers a large bedroom with two double beds, making it the perfect solution for a family. The annex also includes a bathroom with shower and the washing machine available for all guests.

The surrounding area

You will be staying close to Cortona, a wonderful town to visit and explore. It is one of Local Living’s favourite towns, as it has managed to preserve its authentic charm while offering excellent restaurants, small charming shops and local specialities.

Other places that should definitely be considered during your stay include Lake Trasimeno, Perugia, Arezzo and the small town of Camucia.

Villa Libeccio is a charming, historic villa where you will stay surrounded by forest and olive trees, with a truly unique view over the valley. In our opinion, it is a wonderful location for a relaxing Tuscan holiday.
