Elegant and beautiful villa with magnificent views - perfect for a family holiday

This beautiful Tuscan villa for 12 people (6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms) of 450 sqm is something out of the ordinary! The villa was built in the late 1800s and the facade design is extremely elegant with four arches facing a beautiful garden with a private pool and not least breathtaking views.

Villa Leopoldina has recently been renovated and today has all modern conveniences without having lost its beautiful elegant architectural features and, not least, its historic charm.

The villa is on a hill which from where there is a great view of the area. Not far from the villa is the large private pool (5 x 12 meters and 1.30 meters deep), which of course has sun loungers and umbrellas.

The villa is on two floors and each floor has its own living room, kitchen, dining room and three bedrooms with private bathroom. The first floor can be accessed through the exterior original stone stairs, but also through a stone brigge linking the first floor with the garden and the swimming pool, all accessible to wheelchair users. One bedroom located on the first floor is therefore accessible for wheelchairs. Each floor of the villa is fully furnished and has wi-fi, air conditioning and satellite TV. The decor is exquisite and tasteful and all common areas are spacious and comfortable. A large fireplace in the main living room provides a romantic and elegant touch to the villa and from the fireplace there is also a beautiful view of the countryside.

The kitchen contains all the equipment needed to enjoy and simplify your stay; fully equipped with fridge freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction cooker, toaster, American coffee machine and espresso machine. Washing machine and dryer are also available to guests.

Under the large loggia on the ground floor next to the garden there is a large dining table, perfect for enjoying all the day's meals and of course you have a private barbecue.

Upon request, you can arrange wine tasting, cooking classes and dinner prepared by a private chef in the villa. If you rent the villa for at least one week, you will be offered a free welcome dinner on the day of arrival and will also receive a welcoming basket of breakfast products for you.

Just 4 km away, the nearest town of Arezzo is a small medieval gem where you will find supermarkets, restaurants, small cozy bars and places and not least many charming local shops to discover. Only 42 km from the villa is one of the Italian outlets Valdichiana outlet village, where you will find all the major fashion stores where you can buy clothes at outlet prices.

Villa Leopoldina offers almost anything you wish: whether you want to relax by the beautiful pool or take a walk in the mountainous setting, prepare meals yourself or have them prepared and served  by a private cook, take a trip to Arezzo to go shopping or to discover the city's interesting history and visit some of Arezzo's many museums.

Next to Villa Leopoldina is a little smaller villa 'Villa Il Mandorlo Arezzo' also with its own pool and private garden (for 10 people). Both villas can be rented together for at total of 22 beds.
