This beautiful Tuscan villa for up to 12 guests (6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms) offers 450 m² of elegant living space and is truly something out of the ordinary. Built in the late 19th century, the villa features a striking façade with four graceful arches overlooking a beautiful garden, a private swimming pool, and breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside.

Outdoor Area

Villa Leopoldina has recently been carefully renovated to offer every modern comfort while preserving its elegant architectural details and historic charm.

Beneath the spacious ground-floor loggia overlooking the garden, you'll find a large dining table – the perfect setting for enjoying meals outdoors throughout the day. A private barbecue is also available for your use.

Perched on a hillside, the villa enjoys spectacular panoramic views from both the house and the garden. A short distance from the villa is the private swimming pool (5 x 12 metres, depth 1.3 metres), complete with sun loungers and parasols for relaxing under the Tuscan sun.

The Villas Interior

The villa is arranged over two floors, each featuring its own living room, kitchen, dining room, and three bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms.

The first floor can be accessed via the original external stone staircase as well as a gently sloping stone ramp connecting the upper floor to the garden and pool area, making it fully accessible for wheelchair users. One of the first-floor bedrooms has also been specially adapted for wheelchair accessibility.

Both floors are fully furnished and equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and satellite TV. The interiors are elegant and tastefully decorated, while the spacious communal areas provide comfort and plenty of room for everyone to relax. A magnificent fireplace in the main living room adds warmth and character, and the room also enjoys wonderful views across the Tuscan landscape.

The kitchens are fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, toaster, American-style coffee maker, and espresso machine. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available for guests.

Upon request, wine tastings, cooking classes, and private chef dinners can be arranged at the villa.

Guests staying for at least one week will receive a complimentary welcome dinner on the day of arrival, along with a generous breakfast basket filled with a selection of breakfast essentials.

Just under 4 km away lies the charming medieval town of Arezzo, where you'll find supermarkets, restaurants, cosy cafés, lively piazzas, and a wonderful selection of local boutiques waiting to be explored.

Only 42 km from the villa is the renowned Valdichiana Outlet Village, home to many of Italy's leading fashion brands offering designer shopping at outlet prices.

Adjacent to Villa Leopoldina is the slightly smaller Villa Il Mandorlo Arezzo, which also features its own private garden and swimming pool and accommodates up to 10 guests. The two villas can be rented together, providing accommodation for up to 22 guests in total.
