Villa Le Terme accommodates 10–13 guests across 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Villa Le Terme is a modern and elegant villa, perfect for those who value privacy as an important part of their holiday.

The villa's interior

Villa Le Terme is arranged over two floors – the ground floor and the first floor – and, as mentioned, accommodates 10–13 guests.

On the ground floor you will find a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with a cooker, a bar with a refrigerator and ice maker, a sofa and TV. There is also a spa area with an indoor heated hydromassage pool (3.80 m x 2.5 m x 1 m deep), sauna, Turkish bath, and two heated relaxation loungers where you can enjoy the view of the beautiful outdoor area.

Also on the ground floor is a bedroom (suitable for guests with reduced mobility) with a double bed, a bathroom, and private access to the garden. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, and ironing board. The kitchen leads directly to an outdoor pergola, where everyone can gather for meals while enjoying the view.

On the first floor you will find one double bedroom with an en suite bathroom with shower. In addition, there are three bedrooms, each furnished with two single beds.

The villa also features a fitness room equipped with a flat bench, barbells and weight plates, dumbbells, a pull up bar, TRX equipment, ankle weights, and more, as well as a TV. This area is only accessible by elevator from the spa.

The villa's outdoor area

Villa Le Terme is surrounded by a large and beautiful garden with an L shaped swimming pool (11 x 7 m and 4 x 5 m, depth 1.40–1.55 m). Around the pool you will find sun loungers, parasols, and two outdoor showers.

The garden also includes a barbecue area, perfect for preparing delicious Italian meals and enjoying long evenings together in this beautiful villa.

The nearest supermarket, pharmacy, bank, and restaurant are just 1.5 km away.

If you would like to explore some of Tuscany's most fascinating towns, such as Florence, Lucca, Pisa, Volterra, or Pistoia, Villa Le Terme is ideally located. The picturesque villages of Cinque Terre on the Ligurian coast can also be reached within two hours, making the villa a perfect base for sightseeing, relaxation, and everything in between.
