Villa for 23 persons with 11 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms.

This villa is perfect for the large family who loves nature and quietness. The villa has been lovingly renovated and the owners have maintained their focus on the Tuscan charm and style that you and your family can now enjoy. Therefore, inside the villa you will find the traditional ceilings with exposed beams, terracotta floors and walls painted in warm pastel colors, which are true Tuscan style and just as we love it.

The property has 10 hectares land, and you are surrounded by olive groves, orchards, fields and pine forest with walking paths you can use. In addition, there are several gardens, terraces, pool, mini-gym room and a multisport field with sand, which can be used for football or volleyball. 

The villa is in total 600 m2 spread over 3 levels. On the ground floor there is a small living room where there is a seating area. To one side there is a bar, which is equipped with coffee maker, American coffee maker, CD player, telephone, safe and alarm system. There are few steps down to the dining room with 2 tables with space for all of you. This room also has a TV, DVD player and wifi. From kitchen, living room and dining room there is access to the large terrace. 

Next to the dining room you will find the large and fully equipped kitchen. In the kitchen there is a gas stove (with 9 burners), oven, 2 refrigerators both with freezer, 2 dishwashers, toaster, mixer and microwave.

Ground floor contains 4 more bedrooms, where the 2 of the bedrooms have double beds, private bathrooms and separate access to the garden. In addition, there is 1 bedroom with a double bed and two single beds (sleeps a total of 4 persons), this room also has its own bathroom.

The last bedroom on the ground floor has a small queensize bed (big enough) for 1 person, the room has also its own bathroom.

In the lower level (basement) you will find a living room with fireplace, which is extra ideal in the colder months. Towards one side you will find a large dining table, and on the other side there are sofas and armchairs. This is a perfect room for pure relaxation inside as you also find a TV and DVD player here. In this level there is a library and table football, a bathroom and a guest toilet.

On 1st floor there are 5 double bedrooms, all with private bathrooms. The 1st floor has 2 more double bedrooms, but these 2 have lower ceilings. All bedrooms on 1st floor also have their own bathroom. Common to the bedrooms on the 1st floor is the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful views that Villa Le Ferrette offers.

All rooms (both on the ground floor and on the 1st floor) have air condition.

You will be captivated by the lovely pool area, as well as the beautiful views over Montecatini Terme and the Valdinievole countryside. The pool (12.5 x 5.5 meters - 1.3 - 1.8 meters deep) is fenced and equipped with sun loungers and parasols. In the pool area there is a table tennis and a covered terrace with seating, so it is possible to enjoy completely the shade on hot summer days.

Below the pool area there is a laundry room, with 2 washing machines, iron and -board. This is also where you find the bikes. 

In addition you have a barbecue, a pizza oven and large parking area.

The owner Stefano comes by everyday to clean the pool, so if you have any questions about the villa, the area or just want good sightseeing advice, he is happy to be available. Stefano speaks English very well. The owner also offers a pizza course, wine tour, cooking class, private dinners and extra cleaning, all of which are on request.

If you like to eat out, you have a small restaurant within walking distance. After approx. 10 - 15 minutes walk through the olive groves and woods you will be able to eat a nice steak and pasta typical from this area. 

The nearest town is Montecatini Terme, which is also known as a spa town due to the town's terms. The city also offers other than wellness, you will both find cafes, bars, restaurants and shopping opportunities. You should also go to Montecatini Alto which offers small cafes and another marvelous view. 

The location is ideal for visiting cities such as Florence, Pisa and Lucca. In this villa, it is almost only the imagination that sets the limits of the possibilities for your vacation.
