Ville Le Corchie can accommodate 8 guests, spread across 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

The old villa dates back to the 1500s when it functioned as a traditional farmhouse. Today, the villa has been renovated but still retains its classic floors and the beams in the ceiling, which have been brightened. The old stones can also be seen from time to time inside the villa.

The ground floor features a living area with sofas and armchairs, as well as a dining area and kitchen, which includes an oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. On the ground floor, you will also find a single bathroom and a laundry room that contains a washing machine, drying rack, ironing board, and iron.

On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms with double beds, each with an attached bathroom. One of the bedrooms has its own small balcony.

The second floor offers the last 2 bedrooms, as well as 1 shared bathroom for the bedrooms.

Outside, there is a small outdoor kitchen with a sink and gas stove, a covered terrace, and a view overlooking the impressive Tuscan landscape.

Throughout the property, there are several cozy corners where you can sit and enjoy a cool refreshment.

Descend from the terrace and down the stairs to the large pool. The pool steps are built-in, making it easy for both adults and children to get in and out when the water needs to cool the warm bodies after the sun has taken its toll.

The pool and garden are surrounded by olive trees, cypress trees, shrubs, and flowers, all contributing to creating an authentic Tuscan atmosphere.

Ville Le Corchie is located just 5 km from the center of Cortona. Here, you will find everything your heart desires: from local markets, supermarkets, small shops, restaurants, cafés, bars, museums, and much more. Cortona is an ancient medieval town with a rich history that you can spend hours immersing yourself in.

If you wish to be a bit more active or see different nature, I can wholeheartedly recommend a trip to Lake Trasimeno, which is only 20 km away. Here, you can enjoy walks along the lake in one of the many towns, find and sail out to one of the lake's 3 islands, or how about hiking or cycling around it? The possibilities are many for being active, relaxing, and bringing home plenty of experiences.
