The villa's outdoor area

Villa Belcampo is a beautifully restored traditional Tuscan stone farmhouse, set in the open countryside and surrounded by fields of wheat and sunflowers. The villa has been renovated to a high standard, with great attention paid to quality materials and tasteful interiors.

Outside, you can enjoy the colourful Tuscan sunsets while dining under the pergola or relaxing by the large swimming pool (12 x 6 m). The pool is surrounded by a spacious lawn and is equipped with Tiki umbrellas, sun loungers, and gazebos, creating the perfect setting for long, relaxing days outdoors.

The villa's interior

This spacious villa comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests across six large bedrooms. The main entrance opens into a welcoming open plan living area with a long dining table. From here, the bright living room flows seamlessly into the fully equipped kitchen, creating an inviting space where everyone can gather to cook, dine, and spend time together.

On the ground floor, there are three double bedrooms that share a bathroom, as well as a utility room with laundry facilities. An additional bathroom is also located on this floor. Please note that the ground floor bedrooms are not equipped with air conditioning.

The first floor features three bedrooms. Two of them are double bedrooms with private en suite bathrooms, while the third is a family room with one double bed and one single bed, also with its own bathroom. All bedrooms on the first floor are equipped with air conditioning. These bedrooms can only be accessed via the traditional external stone staircase.

The surrounding area

Just 900 metres from the villa, you will find the nearest small village, where, during the summer months, you can enjoy a good cup of coffee, a traditional Italian breakfast, or an ice cream at the local bar.

Approximately 3 km away, there is a small shopping area with a post office, grocery store, laundry, bar, hardware store, pizzeria, bakery, and hairdresser.
