The villa's split-level design offers several terraces to enjoy throughout your stay, whether you prefer relaxing in the sunshine while taking in the panoramic views of the surrounding countryside or sitting in the shade.

The villa's interior

The villa is beautifully furnished in light colours with extensive use of natural wood, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere.

The villa is arranged over three levels. On the ground floor, you will find three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, as well as a living room. From here, there is direct access to the garden.

The first floor features a spacious open-plan living area with the kitchen, dining area and a large sun terrace with wooden decking. This floor also provides access to the garden and a second terrace with a barbecue. In addition, there are two bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms.

On the top floor (second floor), there is a more private living area with a small kitchen, one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and another terrace. It is the perfect solution for a couple who would appreciate a little extra privacy.

The villa's outdoor area

Outside, there is a spacious lawn where children can play, unless they are tempted by the inviting private swimming pool (3 x 9 m, depth 1.40 m), which also enjoys lovely views of the surrounding landscape.

Around the pool, you will find ten sun loungers where you can relax and soak up the peaceful atmosphere.

The nearest village is Bistagno, just 4 km from the villa.

For a wider selection of restaurants, supermarkets and cafés, the spa town of Acqui Terme is only 14 km from Villa La Ginestra.
