The house is surrounded by a large, fenced garden spanning 4500 square meters, featuring a partially oval swimming pool (12 m x 5 m, depth 110/210 cm), where you can enjoy the beautiful panoramic view of the green Mugello valley. Sun loungers are available by the pool, and there is a covered area with garden furniture for those who prefer shade.

On the terrace adjacent to the villa, there's another covered area where you can prepare a meal on the grill or simply relax in the shade.
