Villa La Forra is a spacious 380 m² rustic country house, peacefully located in the beautiful Tuscan countryside, approximately 38 km northeast of the centre of Florence. The villa is comfortably furnished in a traditional rustic style, featuring beautiful antique furniture typical of a Tuscan farmhouse.

The villa's interior

The villa is arranged over two floors.

On the ground floor, you will find a living room with a fireplace and satellite TV, as well as a large, spacious and well-equipped kitchen with an open fireplace. There is also a utility room and a bathroom with a shower.

The first floor comprises two double bedrooms, one bedroom with a French bed (120 cm), three twin bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers and one bathroom with a bathtub.

The villa's outdoor area

The villa is surrounded by a large, enclosed garden of 4,500 m², featuring a partially oval private swimming pool (12 x 5 m, depth 1.10–2.10 m). From the pool area, you can enjoy beautiful panoramic views across the green Mugello valley.

Sun loungers are provided around the pool, and a covered seating area with garden furniture offers welcome shade for those who prefer to stay out of the sun.

Next to the villa, the terrace also features a covered outdoor dining area where you can prepare meals on the barbecue or simply relax in the shade.

For younger guests, there is a small playground, and a table tennis table is available in a shaded area, providing plenty of opportunities for entertainment.
