Villa La Foce is beautifully positioned on a hillside just a few kilometres from Castiglion Fiorentino and Cortona. This charming villa boasts stunning panoramic views across the rolling Tuscan landscape and the nearby village, making it an excellent choice for those seeking a peaceful and relaxing holiday.

The villa's interior

This two-storey villa with a separate annex is elegantly furnished with modern décor and offers every comfort you could wish for.

On the ground floor, you will find a cosy and inviting living room with satellite TV, as well as a dining room with a fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay.

The first floor features two charming bedrooms that share a bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub. There is also a third beautifully furnished bedroom with its own elegant bathroom equipped with a hydromassage shower. In addition, there is a separate area with a sofa bed that can accommodate two guests. A staircase from this area leads up to the bedroom on the landing.

The annex, located right next to the villa, contains the fourth bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

Outside the high season, it is possible to rent only part of the villa. For groups of 6–8 guests (including up to two guests sleeping on the sofa bed), the annex remains closed.

The villa's outdoor area

The garden and pool area are truly something special. Here you will find a beautifully landscaped garden filled with colourful flowers and a charming covered outdoor area that gives the property its unique character. It is the perfect setting for enjoying outdoor dinners on warm summer evenings.

Next to the terrace is an outdoor kitchen, where you can prepare delicious meals on the barbecue or bake authentic pizzas in the pizza oven while overlooking the swimming pool and the rolling hills.

During the day, you can relax by the beautiful private swimming pool (6 x 12 m, depth 1.10–2.50 m), soaking up the Tuscan sunshine. A poolside shower and towels are provided for your convenience.

A large parking area, a covered garage and a small laundry room are also available for guests.

The surrounding area

The nearest restaurant is approximately 2 km away, while the closest shops can be found 4 km from the villa in the charming medieval town of Castiglion Fiorentino.

Cortona is another delightful town well worth visiting, offering excellent restaurants, museums, shopping opportunities and countless picturesque streets to explore.

If you would like to spend some time by the water, Lake Trasimeno is within easy reach. Here you can take a boat trip to one of the islands, swim in the lake or enjoy one of the many walking trails that surround it.
