Villa Il Mandorlo's name comes from the large and colorful almond tree that surrounds the house. In the spring, when the same almond tree blossoms, it can be seen all the way from the city of Arezzo and in blossom it leaves a truly wonderful scent that you can enjoy while watching the flowers and the leaves dance cinematic in the wind.

The villa has recently been renovated in accordance with the highest environmental quality standards and no design, decor and comfort have been compromised in the cozy and tastefully decorated villa.

The 280 sqm villa is on two floors and has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The ground floor consists of a living room, dining room, two double bedrooms each with its own bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen located under the old loggia. From the villa's dining room and through the glass doors it is possible to observe the breathtaking panorama of the valley, the hills and the city of Arezzo. In the well-equipped kitchen you will find a fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, pizza oven, dishwasher, induction cooker, toaster, American coffee machine and espresso machine. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom.

Outside the villa there is a beautiful covered terrace overlooking the valley and Arezzo. The terrace is equipped with garden table and chairs to enjoy all the day's meals outdoors and where you can relax in the afternoon with a good book, cards or simply enjoy the beautiful view. From the villa's covered loggia, and the elegant glass doors, there is direct access to the private pool (6 x 8 m 1.30 m depth), which is nicely placed in a corner of the garden. Thanks to the location of the pool not far from the loggia, the living room and the kitchen, it is possible for you to watch children playing in the pool and enjoy the nature around the villa while having a peaceful and relaxing afternoon or evening on the terrace.

The villa is equipped with air conditioning, central heating, satellite TV, wi-fi, washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities. Upon request before arrival, you can arrange wine tasting, cooking classes and dinner in the villa (extra charge).

The welcoming owners also offer a free welcome dinner on the day of arrival and a breakfast basket with breakfast products for guests who have a minimum of one week stay at the villa.

The nearest town is Arezzo, which is only 4 km away from the villa. Here you will find supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, restaurants and many nice little places and bars where you can have a cool drink or an ice cream while enjoying the Italian summer heat.

Next to Villa Il Mandorlo Arezzo is a slightly larger villa 'Villa Leopoldina' also with its own pool and private garden (for 12 people). Both villas can be rented together for at total of 22 beds.
