Villa for 16 - 22 people with 7 bedrooms in simple Tuscan style, close to the charming town of Cortona, with its own large pool in the garden.
Villa Il Casone (250 m2) is situated in an open area in the countryside, a few minutes drive from Cortona. Here in the middle of the large garden - surrounded by green olive trees and rose bushes - is this old farm which has been restored and converted into 4 comfortable apartments. The entire villa is characteristically decorated with azure shutters and appears very welcoming. From the villa there is a panoramic view of Cortona and Valdichiana.In the large garden is the swimming pool (10 x 5 m) for private use of guests in the villa.
The property also has private covered parking, washing machine, barbeque and a fireplace. Il Casone is an excellent choice for those seeking tranquility and relaxation, yet near the major cities in central Tuscany.
The villa consists of 7 double rooms with 14 beds with an additional 8 beds (sofa beds), large kitchen (with cooker, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker), dining room and living room. 7 bathrooms with shower. As the villa can be used as 4 seperate apartments, there is a total of 4 kitchens. The main kitchen on the ground floor is suitable for cooking for many people.

Tourist taxation, which is a small amount, has to be paid locally at arrival. The tourist taxation is expected to be approximately 2,5 euro per person per night (kids under 12 years old are not included) and a maximum of 4 days.
