Villa I Cerri can accommodate 16–18 guests with 8 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms.

In the green Umbrian hills near Lake Trasimeno, you will find this beautiful 500 m² villa, offering a peaceful oasis surrounded by nature. Villa I Cerri is a luxurious two-storey villa, perfectly suited for large families who love to stay close to nature while enjoying comfort and beautiful surroundings.

Villa interior

The villa consists of 8 bedrooms, which can, upon request, be arranged with single beds instead of double beds. Seven of the bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

On the ground floor, there are two additional bathrooms with showers. Here you will also find the living room and dining room, a beautiful fireplace, and a large country-style kitchen, perfect for preparing and enjoying meals together.

Villa outdoor area

Here you can spend your holiday in close contact with nature and the surrounding wildlife, while still enjoying modern and refined comfort.

In front of the villa, there is a veranda area with panoramic views over the Umbrian countryside. In the garden, you will find a beautiful private swimming pool (11 x 7 metres), exclusively for your use.

Experiences in the area

The surrounding area is ideal for excursions and day trips, and it is highly recommended to visit charming towns such as Cortona, Perugia, Assisi, Chiusi, Chianciano, Arezzo, Siena and Orvieto.

If you enjoy being active, a cycling trip around Lake Trasimeno is a wonderful experience, or you can take the ferry across the lake to Isola Maggiore.

The nearest charming town is Castiglione del Lago, beautifully situated on the shores of the lake. Here you will find shops, restaurants and everything you need for your stay. The nearest supermarket, Conad, is located approximately 3.9 km away.

The prices include:

Water, gas, electricity consumption till 300 kw, linen and pool towels.

Pool season:

The swimming pool is open from 01.05 - 15.10.

To be paid locally and directly to the owners:

Deposit: 1500 euro (cash).

Final cleaning: 500 euro (cash).

Heating upon consumption.

For late arrivals between 8:00 PM and 12:00 AM, a fee of 80 euros will be charged. Arrival after 12:00 AM is not possible, and check-in will therefore take place the following day.

Pets are allowed: 100 euro per week.

NB - Tourist tax:

Tourist taxation, which is a small amount, has to be paid locally at arrival. The tourist taxation is expected to be approximately 0.80 euro per person per night (kids under 14 years are not included) and a maximum of 5 days.
