Villa I Cerri accommodates 16–18 guests with 8 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms.

Set among the green rolling hills of Umbria, near Lake Trasimeno, you will find Villa I Cerri – a beautiful and spacious villa where peace, nature and the Italian way of life come together.

The 500 m² villa is spread over two floors and is the ideal setting for a holiday with a large family, several families travelling together or a group of friends. There is plenty of space to spend time together, while also offering quiet corners where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Surrounded by nature, Villa I Cerri enjoys breathtaking panoramic views across the Umbrian countryside. It is a place where the days can unfold at a leisurely pace – relaxing by the pool, enjoying the view from the veranda or gathering around the dining table for a delicious Italian meal and a glass of wine.

The villa

All 8 double bedrooms have air conditioning and can be arranged with two single beds upon request, making the villa flexible for different types of groups.

7 of the 8 bedrooms have their own private bathroom, while there are also two additional bathrooms with showers on the ground floor.

The villa's spacious communal areas are perfect for spending time together and include a comfortable living room, dining room, a beautiful fireplace and a large traditional country kitchen. There is plenty of space to gather after a day of exploring and enjoy long, leisurely meals together.

Outdoor areas

It is outdoors that Villa I Cerri truly reveals its special charm.

In front of the villa, a large veranda provides the perfect setting for enjoying meals and relaxing together, all while taking in the wonderful panoramic views of the rolling Umbrian landscape.

In the garden, you will find the villa's private 11 x 7 metre swimming pool, exclusively for your use. In 2026, the pool area was enclosed, providing additional peace of mind for families travelling with young children.

The pool can be heated using solar panels when needed.

The large garden and beautiful natural surroundings create a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere where both children and adults can enjoy a holiday close to nature, without compromising on comfort or modern facilities.

Things to see and do

Villa I Cerri is perfectly located for combining relaxing days in beautiful natural surroundings with exciting day trips and cultural experiences.

The area offers easy access to a wonderful selection of historic towns, medieval villages and cultural attractions, including Cortona, Perugia, Assisi, Chiusi, Chianciano, Arezzo, Siena and Orvieto.

For those who enjoy an active holiday, cycling around Lake Trasimeno is a wonderful way to explore the area. You can also take a ferry across the lake and visit the charming island of Isola Maggiore.

The nearest town is the lovely Castiglione del Lago (5.5 km), beautifully situated above the shores of Lake Trasimeno. Here you will find shops, supermarkets and good restaurants – perfect for an evening out or for picking up everything you need for a relaxed Italian dinner at the villa.

The nearest Conad supermarket is just 3.9 km away, making it easy to stock up on fresh local produce, Italian specialities and everything else you need during your stay.
