Villa Giare consists of 8 apartments accommodating up to 20 guests in 10 bedrooms.

Villa Giare is the perfect choice for those looking to enjoy a large family holiday together in a private villa with its own pool and garden, while still having the option to retreat to one of the eight independent apartments that make up the property.

Each apartment has its own bedroom (some with two bedrooms), living area, kitchen, and private bathroom. The apartments are decorated in authentic rustic Tuscan style, featuring terracotta floors, exposed brick walls in some areas, and traditional wooden ceiling beams. At the same time, they offer all modern comforts, including Wi-Fi, TV, and air conditioning.

Some apartments also have their own private garden area or small terrace, creating the perfect setting for breakfast in the morning sunshine or relaxing in the shade with a good book in the afternoon.

Villa and Apartment Layout

The eight apartments are arranged as follows:

• 3 apartments each with one double bedroom accommodating 2 guests
• 1 apartment with one double bedroom accommodating 3 guests
• 3 apartments each with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms accommodating 4 guests
• 1 apartment with two double bedrooms accommodating 5 guests

On the ground floor of the main villa, you will find a large shared living room and a communal kitchen where everyone can gather to prepare meals, enjoy evenings together, or play a game of billiards.

There is also a large covered terrace where the whole group can dine together while enjoying beautiful views across the valley towards Cortona in the distance. Close to the terrace, you will find a large brick barbecue area, available for guests to use.

It is also possible to arrange wine tastings and cooking classes (for an additional charge) in the shared living room and kitchen.

Outdoor Area

The beautiful pool area is located close to the villa and is well equipped with sun loungers and parasols. The swimming pool measures 7 metres wide, 14 metres long, and has a depth of 1.80 metres, offering plenty of space for both swimming and relaxing.

Near the pool, there is another covered terrace with tables and chairs, providing a lovely shaded area for enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

The entire property offers free Wi-Fi and is surrounded by a beautiful open garden filled with flowers, trees, and cypress trees. Guests can also enjoy a table tennis table, a small football pitch, and a playground for children.

If you wish, it is also possible to purchase fresh vegetables grown by the property itself.

The Local Area

Villa Giare is located 9 km outside the beautiful medieval town of Cortona, situated on the edge of a charming small Italian village.

Within walking distance of the villa, you will find a small wine and olive oil producer where you can purchase locally produced wine and olive oil. Just outside the village, there is also a small grocery shop.

Cortona offers a wonderful selection of restaurants, cafés, and shops, as well as many exciting activities in the surrounding area. Guests can enjoy cycling, horse riding, golf, tennis, and exploring the many beautiful Tuscan landscapes.

During the low and mid seasons, it is also possible to rent the villa for less than one week, making it an ideal option if you would like to combine your holiday with another destination in Tuscany.
