Interior of the Villa

The renovation of Villa Gaggioleto has been carried out with great taste and careful attention to detail. The property is elegantly furnished and equipped with all modern comforts. Soft colours, spacious rooms, wide wrought-iron doors, natural stone, terracotta floors, and exposed wooden beams all contribute to the villa’s warm and authentic countryside atmosphere.

The ground floor is bright and welcoming, featuring several living areas, a dining room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, espresso machine, coffee machine, oven, and dishwasher. It also includes a dining area, perfect for enjoying breakfast or a casual lunch.

A wooden staircase leads to the first floor, where you will find another comfortable living room with direct access to the garden. The room is furnished with sofas, armchairs, and a large TV screen.

The sleeping area consists of three beautiful suites, each with its own private bathroom. Two bathrooms feature bathtubs, while one has a shower. The two largest bedrooms have their own private access via separate staircases. All three bedrooms are furnished with queen-size double beds.

Outdoor Area

The garden features a beautiful infinity pool (5 x 10 metres, depth 1.60 metres) surrounded by a relaxing pool area where you can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and spectacular views.

There is also a charming pergola, which is the perfect place for outdoor dining, long summer evenings, and enjoying meals together surrounded by the Tuscan landscape.

On the terrace beside the house, you will find a lovely loggia furnished with outdoor seating, offering another wonderful spot to relax and take in the surroundings.

The owner of Villa Gaggioleto is a very discreet American gentleman who lives in a small separate annex on the property with his own private entrance. He is available if you need advice or recommendations during your stay.

The villa, swimming pool, and garden are exclusively for your use and are not shared with the owner.
