Villa Fe is a modern luxury villa designed with great attention to comfort, style, and quality. The villa offers 300 m² of living space and is divided into four independent apartments, each accommodating 2–4 guests.

Each apartment includes a spacious bedroom, a living area with a sofa bed (one of the sofa beds is a single sofa bed suitable for one person), a small kitchenette, and a private bathroom. This makes Villa Fe the perfect choice for four families or groups of friends travelling together, as you can enjoy the shared experience of being together while still having your own private apartment and personal space.

All apartments feature their own living area, kitchen facilities, dining space, and bathroom. In addition, guests have access to a beautiful shared living area with TV, dining space, a large fully equipped kitchen, and impressive glass walls that create the feeling of being outdoors. This also makes the villa bright and welcoming during the cooler months.

Outdoor Area

Outside, you will discover the villa's spectacular panoramic views—a view so beautiful that you may find yourself completely lost in the scenery. The landscape can be enjoyed from several terraces, the hammock, and the pool area.

The pool area is sure to become one of your favourite places during your stay, offering the perfect combination of fun, relaxation, and peaceful moments. The pool is located close to the house, making it easy for parents to relax under the covered terrace while still keeping an eye on children enjoying the water.

The villa also features an outdoor kitchen and barbecue area, allowing you to prepare wonderful meals together while enjoying the fresh air and stunning surroundings.

Villa Fe also offers a charming wine cellar, where guests can arrange a visit from a professional sommelier for a special wine experience. You are also welcome to purchase and enjoy wines from the cellar during your stay.

For those who unfortunately need to combine work and holiday, the villa also provides a dedicated workspace. Here you can take care of business while enjoying the incredible panoramic views over the Umbrian landscape.

The Local Area

Villa Fe is located just 2 km from Assisi, one of Umbria's most famous towns, renowned for its rich history, beautiful architecture, and spiritual significance. Here you will find charming streets, local shops, excellent restaurants, and the unique atmosphere that makes Umbria so special.

The beautiful Lake Trasimeno is approximately 38 minutes away by car. The lake offers wonderful opportunities for walking, mountain biking, swimming, sailing, and boat trips to the islands. Along the shoreline, you will also find beaches and restaurants, making it possible to enjoy a day by the water even though you are staying inland.

The Umbrian capital, Perugia, is only around 30 minutes away by car. This beautiful historic city is famous for its authentic streets, impressive architecture, cultural attractions, and its long tradition of chocolate production.
