Villa Fattoria Montepescini is a beautiful Tuscan estate set in the heart of a natural oasis, surrounded by picturesque vineyards, wooded hills, and lush meadows. The owners produce their own wines, giving you the opportunity to enjoy an authentic wine experience in the heart of this idyllic region.

The villa's outdoor area

The estate includes a main house, formerly occupied by the owners, which has now been renovated and comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. There is also a charming annex called Il Forno, which is rented together with the main house. It accommodates up to 4 guests, making it an ideal solution for several families or couples travelling together who appreciate having a little extra space.

One of the highlights of the property is, of course, the swimming pool (15 x 6 m, depth 1.20–2.50 m), surrounded by lawns, sun loungers, and parasols – the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Tuscan sunshine.

When you arrive at the main house, you are welcomed by a private outdoor terrace with wonderful views overlooking the pool.

The villa's interior

Inside the main house you will find a living area with a dining space and kitchen, where you can prepare delicious meals. The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a refrigerator, cooker, dishwasher, and much more. The adjoining living room is a cosy space with a TV and fireplace for the cooler months.

The main villa has a total of five bedrooms. All rooms are furnished with wrought iron or wooden furniture and are equipped with air conditioning and mosquito screens. There are four bathrooms with showers.

The annex, Il Forno, accommodates 4 guests and is located on the ground floor, although a few steps lead up from the terrace to the entrance. Here you have your own covered terrace with comfortable sofas where you can relax while enjoying views of the swimming pool.

Inside the annex you will find a living area with a small kitchen (cooker and refrigerator), dining area, sofa, fireplace, and TV. There is also one double bedroom, one twin bedroom (the beds can be pushed together), and a bathroom with shower. Il Forno does not have built in air conditioning but is equipped with a portable air conditioning unit.

During your stay at Villa Fattoria Montepescini, you also have the opportunity to experience authentic Tuscan food and wine. In the property's restaurant on the lower ground floor, the owners can prepare delicious meals and organise wine tastings for you. It is a unique opportunity to discover genuine Tuscan flavours. The restaurant is exclusively for guests staying at the property, and meals can be enjoyed on the terrace overlooking the vineyards.

Things to see and do nearby

The location is ideal for exploring the surrounding area. You can easily visit beautiful towns such as Siena, just 30 km away, or the natural thermal baths at Terme di Petriolo, located approximately 15 km from the villa. If you would like to explore the Tuscan coast, Grosseto and its nearby beaches can be reached in less than an hour by car.

*The 15th guest will sleep in an extra bed, which is payable locally to the owners. The guest using the extra bed must be no older than 12 years of age.
