Villa Fattoria Montepescini is a delightful Tuscan property situated in the midst of a natural oasis surrounded by picturesque vineyards, wooded hills, and lush meadows. The owners produce their own wines, offering guests an authentic wine experience in the heart of this idyllic region.

The property features a main house that was once occupied by the owners and has been beautifully renovated to accommodate up to 10 guests. There is also a charming annex called "Il Forno" that can be rented alongside the main house and comfortably accommodates 4 people, making it perfect for families or groups traveling together.

Of course, no visit would be complete without enjoying the pool area, where a generously sized swimming pool (15 x 6 m) awaits you. Framed by a grassy lawn, sun loungers, and umbrellas, it is the perfect place to relax and soak up the sunny atmosphere.

Upon arrival at the main house, you will be greeted by a private outdoor terrace with a wonderful view of the pool. Inside, there is a living area with a dining space and a kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals. The kitchen is equipped with amenities such as a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and more. The adjoining lounge is a cozy space with a TV and fireplace for those colder months.

The villa itself boasts five beautifully appointed bedrooms with double beds. All the rooms are furnished with wrought-iron or wooden furniture and are equipped with air conditioning and mosquito nets. There are four bathrooms with showers for your convenience.

The Il Forno annex, as mentioned earlier, can accommodate 4 people and is located on the ground floor, with a few steps up from the terrace to access the apartment. Here, you will have your own covered terrace with sofas for relaxation and a view overlooking the pool. Inside, there is a living area with a small kitchenette (stove and refrigerator), a dining space, a sofa, a fireplace, and a TV. There is a double bedroom, a twin room (which can be pushed together to form a double), and a bathroom with a shower. Il Forno does not have air conditioning.
