This beautiful 17th-century Tuscan farmhouse has been carefully restored and transformed into a welcoming countryside home.

The interior of the villa

The villa is set across three floors. On the ground floor, you will find two living rooms with fireplaces and sofa beds, a TV, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate laundry room with a washing machine.

On the first and second floors, there are three double bedrooms, one single bedroom, and three bathrooms. These four bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

In the central part of the villa, there is a two-level apartment with independent access via an external staircase. Here, you will find an entrance, a dining area, a kitchenette, a living room with a fireplace, and on the upper floor, a double bedroom with a bathroom.

When the villa is booked for 7 guests, the apartment will be closed off.

When the villa is booked for 8 or 9 guests, the apartment will be available together with the rest of the villa.

Outdoor area

Regardless of the number of guests, you can enjoy the lovely garden outside with views over Valdichiana and the surrounding vineyards and olive groves. The pool area is located on the lower terrace and is equipped with sun loungers and parasols. The pool measures 10 x 5 meters (depth 1.20 m – 2.05 m), and there is also an outdoor shower.

The outdoor area includes a lush garden in front of the house and a conservatory with a dining area for all guests, overlooking the pool. The garden is fenced, making it especially suitable for families with small children. Here, you can enjoy meals in peaceful surroundings.

The area around the villa

Villa Eugenio is quiet without being isolated, and the area is easily accessible by car. It is also ideal for those who enjoy walking, running, or cycling. A walk of approximately 15 minutes will take you to the nearest village, where you will find shops and a restaurant.

Cortona is 6.5 km from the villa and is a charming, lively medieval town with churches, museums, shops, bars, restaurants, and stunning views.
