This magnificent 700 m² villa dates back to the 18th century and is located in the beautiful Mugello region, often referred to as “the Switzerland of Tuscany” due to its stunning green landscapes and rolling hills.

The villa is arranged over two floors.

On the ground floor, you will find a living room, dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, one bathroom with a shower, and one bathroom with a bathtub.

The first floor is accessed via a beautiful stone staircase and features a living room with TV and access to a terrace, two twin bedrooms, two double bedrooms, and three bathrooms with showers.

Outdoor Area

The property is surrounded by a large garden filled with mature trees, creating a peaceful and private setting. Here you will also find the covered terrace with a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding countryside. This is the perfect place to spend long afternoons and evenings enjoying the scenery and the tranquillity of Tuscany.

The garden also features a large private swimming pool (12 x 5 metres, depth 1.20–2.20 metres), where guests can cool off, relax on comfortable sun loungers, or enjoy fun moments together in the water.

The Local Area

Just approximately 3 km from the villa lies the charming village of Vicchio, where you will find a selection of local shops and restaurants. The village also has a train station, making it easy to explore some of Tuscany’s most famous destinations without always needing a car.

The beautiful city of Florence can be reached in around one hour by car and makes for an excellent day trip, offering world-famous art, architecture, and history. Arezzo is also within easy reach, approximately 1.5 hours away, with its impressive churches, museums, and historic streets.

For those who enjoy shopping, the popular Barberino Designer Outlet is only around 30 minutes away and offers more than 100 stores featuring leading Italian and international fashion brands.

If you prefer an active holiday, the area offers plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities. Nearby you will find golf courses, tennis courts, and a riding school. The beautiful Lake Bilancino is also close by, offering activities such as sailing and windsurfing. For cycling enthusiasts, the surrounding hills of northern Tuscany are ideal for exploring by bike, and the villa provides four mountain bikes for guests to use.
