The villa is spread over three floors.

On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living and dining area with a fireplace and satellite TV. From here, there is direct access to the covered terrace furnished with comfortable outdoor seating, making it an ideal place to enjoy meals or relax outdoors.

The villa also features a small but well-equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare delicious meals, as well as one bathroom on this level.

On the lower floor, there is one double bedroom and one bathroom with a shower.

The first floor offers two additional double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom with shower. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay during the warmer months.

Outdoor Area

The property includes a charming enclosed private garden, where the main attraction is the beautiful swimming pool (11 x 5 metres, depth 1.5 metres), reserved exclusively for guests of Villa della Meletta.

Around the pool, you will find comfortable sun loungers and shaded areas where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

There is also a lovely covered terrace with a barbecue, providing the perfect setting for preparing and enjoying delicious meals outdoors while staying protected from the midday sun.

The villa is within walking distance of Gambassi Terme, where you will find a selection of shops and restaurants. From here, those who enjoy walking can follow the famous pilgrimage route Via Francigena towards San Gimignano, creating a wonderful opportunity for an active day surrounded by beautiful Tuscan landscapes.

The historic village of Certaldo and Certaldo Alto are located just 8 km away. Here you will find a train station, local shops, and restaurants. Approximately a 30-minute drive away is San Gimignano, one of Tuscany's most famous medieval towns, renowned for its towers, charming streets, and historic atmosphere.
