Interior of the Villa

Villa dei Salici del Lago provides accommodation for up to 30 guests in 13 double bedrooms, with the possibility of adding extra beds if required. The property features several spacious living rooms with comfortable seating areas and a magnificent fireplace, a large dining hall, and a fully equipped professional kitchen designed for preparing meals for large groups.

The estate is made up of three separate buildings connected by covered walkways and verandas, allowing guests to enjoy both shared spaces and a degree of privacy. In total, the property offers 13 double bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, and two additional guest bathrooms in the main building, making it an excellent choice for larger celebrations and gatherings.

The main villa covers approximately 300 m² and is arranged entirely on the ground floor, with large floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the interiors with natural light. The entrance opens into a spacious lounge with comfortable sofas, a TV, and a hi-fi system. There is also an elegant bar area with additional seating, creating a welcoming space for relaxing and socialising.

The sleeping accommodation includes three self-contained apartments, each with its own private entrance, a double bedroom, a living room with a double sofa bed, and a bathroom. A fourth apartment offers two double bedrooms and one bathroom.

There is also a loft apartment with four double bedrooms and one bathroom.
