The villa is situated in absolutely stunning surroundings, nestled in a small village among olive groves and forests.

It's not just the surroundings outside the villa that are breathtaking. The terrace, garden, and entire pool area are also major highlights of this villa.

There's a large lovely terrace, ideal for sitting and enjoying meals together, admiring the view, and sipping drinks while discussing the day's discoveries.

Around the pool (4x8 meters / 1.7 meters deep), there is grassy area, with sun loungers and umbrellas, allowing you to seek some shade from the sun's hot rays. The pool is positioned so you can delight in the picturesque view that the Val di Chio landscape offers.

The villa itself is divided into 2 houses, situated adjacent to each other, and both houses have a living room, dining area with kitchen, and outdoor terrace. However, in the largest of the two, there is a kitchen that can cater to everyone, and there is also a dining area where everyone can gather and dine together indoors as well as outdoors. Common to the decor in this large and lovely villa are the terracotta floors, beautiful ceilings, wrought iron beds, lovely windows, and the whole classic Tuscan ambiance in the decor, with added bright walls for a light and airy feel.

The 9 bedrooms are spread between the two houses, and 7 bedrooms all have double beds and their own bathrooms with showers. The sixth room has a double bed, and the last room has a single bed with its own bathroom. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.

Not only do you live in a picturesque area that you can explore directly from the villa, but you also have Lake Trasimeno, Umbria - Italy's green heart - to explore. Lake Trasimeno offers hiking and biking trails, sailing on the water when exploring the small islands, and there are all the lovely towns around the lake. I'm thinking of Castiglion Fiorentino, where you can visit restaurants right by the lake, browse the local shops, and just enjoy life and the atmosphere.

One of Local Living's favorite towns is the ancient Etruscan town of Cortona, which is full of history, narrow streets, fantastic views, delicious restaurants, and exciting museums. A town that attracts tourists but still not in the same way as we know it from larger cities like Lucca, Florence, and Siena.
