When you rent Colli 1 + Colli 2 + Colli 3, you rent the whole place and this means you have it for yourself. The resort is suddenly turn into a private place for you and your family during your vacation.
The 13th, 14th, and 15th persons must use the sofa beds in the living room, which are intended for children up to 12 years old.
Colli 2 to 6 - 7* people - 110m2.

Colli 3 is for 2 - 3* persons.
The apartment is a small house located 40-50 meters from Colli 1 and Colli 2 - this apartment is newer than the other two.
Colli 3 have a kitchen with dining area, living room with sofa bed (for 2 persons), 1 double bedroom and bathroom. Here your have your own small private terrace/garden just outside the house where you can sit and enjoy the vineyards and the landscape. The apartment also has WIFI and air conditioning, just like Colli 1 and Colli 2.

In the lowseason you have free check-in minimum 4 nights, The rest of the year it is from Saturday - Saturday, minimum 7 days

Waste soring is an important matter in Italy, and it must be sorted correctly just like in Denmark. If you are unsure how to sort the waste, please ask the owners.
The swimming pool is open from 01/05 - 30/09.
Deposit: 200-600 euro (cash - refunded at departure).
Heating: 15 euro per day per apartment.
Final cleaning: 120 - 360 euro (cash - depending on the apartmant). 460 euro if you rent all the apartments and the party room.
Electricity: 0,50 euro per kWh if you use more than the 300 kWh.
Extra cleaning: 17 euro per hour.
Baby cot: Free, please book in advance.
Small pets are allowed: Free, please note the owner before arrival.
Tourist taxation, which is a small amount, has to be paid locally at arrival. The tourist taxation is expected to be approximately 1 euro per person per night (kids not included) and a maximum of 10 days.
