Villa Casacce accommodates 16 guests across 8 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom.

The villa sits on a secluded hilltop near Bibbona, surrounded by fields, woodland, and open landscape as far as the eye can see. Here you stay in a spacious and authentic Tuscan farmhouse, carefully restored in a traditional style, where the views, the peace, and the surrounding nature set the rhythm.

Outdoor area

The outdoor spaces are one of Villa Casacce’s greatest highlights. You can enjoy a beautiful heated pool (12 x 6 metres with a uniform depth of 145 cm), perfect for both relaxation and swimming. Around the pool you will find sunbeds, loungers, parasols, and a shaded pergola area. Pool heating is only necessary in the cooler months, such as April and October.

The villa stands high and free on the hilltop, offering 360-degree views of the Tuscan countryside and the Magona forest. From the ground floor, you have direct access to a spacious terrace with tables, chairs, and parasols, while the first floor features a panoramic south-facing terrace with its own staircase leading down to the garden.

You will also find a traditional stone oven and barbecue, ideal for long evenings outdoors where the whole family can gather and enjoy the landscape.

Interior of the villa

Villa Casacce is arranged over two floors and consists of two large, independent apartments connected by an internal staircase.

On the ground floor, a spacious living area opens up with sofas, a TV corner, and plenty of space to relax after a day in the sun. From here you continue into the large dining room and the fully equipped kitchen, designed to prepare meals for the entire group. The whole floor is bright and welcoming, and both the kitchen and living areas have direct access to the east-facing terrace where you can dine outdoors from morning to evening.

This floor also includes 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The rooms are large, bright, and simply furnished in a classic Tuscan style that creates a calm and relaxed atmosphere.

A staircase leads to the first floor, where you will find another living room along with a kitchen and dining area – ideal for those who prefer a bit more privacy. Here you also have 4 additional bedrooms with private bathrooms, as well as a guest toilet.

As mentioned earlier, this floor has direct access to a beautiful south-facing panoramic terrace where the views over the hills unfold in full.

Villa Casacce enjoys a secluded and peaceful location, yet remains close to the best of the Tuscan coastal region. The wine areas of Bibbona and Bolgheri are just nearby, and you can quickly reach charming villages, the coastline, and the Magona forest, which lies directly behind the villa.
