The estate comprises several buildings of historical and architectural significance, with the main villa showcasing traditional Tuscan architecture. Surrounded by a beautifully maintained private garden and a private swimming pool, Villa Campana offers the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday in the heart of Tuscany.

Interior of the Villa

The villa is arranged over two floors.

On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with its own fireplace, a TV lounge, a dining room, a bathroom, a storage room, a laundry room with washing machine, and a wine cellar.

The first floor features a billiard room, two twin bedrooms, three double bedrooms, and one single bedroom. Every bedroom has its own private en-suite bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.

The villa is furnished with elegant antique pieces that complement its historic character while creating a warm and authentic atmosphere. Air conditioning is available throughout the villa.

Outdoor Area

Villa Campana overlooks a charming private chapel dating back to the 17th century, which is still used for Sunday Mass.

Guests have exclusive use of the private swimming pool (6 x 12 metres, depth 1.10–1.90 metres), surrounded by peaceful gardens and the beautiful Tuscan countryside.

A shared tennis court is also available, along with access to the facilities of the nearby resort. Guests may also purchase organic vegetables grown by the owners on the Tenuta La Campana estate, offering a wonderful opportunity to enjoy fresh local produce during their stay.

Located just 25 km from Siena, Villa Campana is perfectly situated for exploring some of Tuscany's most celebrated towns and villages, including Pienza, Montalcino, Montepulciano, and San Gimignano.

The surrounding countryside is also ideal for hiking, cycling, and mountain biking, making the villa an excellent base for both relaxation and outdoor adventures.
