Villa Cala Due accommodates 12 people across 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. The villa enjoys a beautiful sea view over Caponegro Bay, just a few kilometers from Avola and the baroque gem of Noto. Here, you’ll stay in a modern and elegant villa with panoramic views, divided into two buildings that offer both togetherness and privacy. Surrounded by olive trees, the scent of Mediterranean herbs, and the sound of waves below, this is a place that invites calm, sunshine, and good company.

Outdoor area

Life at Villa Cala Due is lived outdoors – whether you visit in spring, summer, or autumn.
The narrow pool is surrounded by a wooden deck with sun loungers and lounge furniture, perfect for relaxing in the sun while enjoying the sea view. The 10,000 m² garden is filled with olive trees, aromatic plants, and flowering shrubs. From the garden, a path leads to a private gate and further down to the rocky coastline and crystal-clear turquoise water – a walk you’ll surely come to love.

On the veranda, you’ll once again be rewarded with sea views, ideal for enjoying meals under the open sky while large glass doors let in natural light and the refreshing sea breeze.

Interior

Villa Cala Due consists of two separate buildings, each with three bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms.
The interior is bright, modern, and stylishly furnished with natural materials such as wood, rattan, and stone. On the ground floor, the bedrooms open onto small private terraces, while the first floor features rooms with terraces and stunning sea views. The design is consistent throughout, with comfortable furniture in every room.

Both houses have well-equipped kitchens with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, and toaster – everything you need to prepare and enjoy delicious meals. Large glass doors connect each kitchen with the veranda, creating a natural flow between cooking and dining outdoors.

Villa Cala Due is perfectly located for exploring southeastern Sicily. A short walk from the villa leads to a small bay with clear swimming water, while the sandy beaches of Fontane Bianche and Lido di Avola are only a few kilometers away.

The nearest town, Avola, offers restaurants, markets, and a lively beach atmosphere, and a little further south lies Noto – one of Sicily’s most beautiful baroque towns. You can also visit Siracusa, whose historic center on Ortygia Island is ideal for a day trip.
