Villa Borgonuovo is a beautiful farmhouse, which has been recently restored, according to the typical Tuscan style, and equipped with all comforts.

The villa lies at Cortona's feet, only 15 minutes away from the town centre. The villa is a perfect example of the traditional Tuscan farmhouse: ample loggia, huge halls, and large garden.

The interiors have been carefully renovated trying to maintain the house's original architecture: big fireplace, exposed wooden beams and terracotta floors. A beautiful outdoor staircase leads to the villa's entrance, characterized by a bright hall. The Villa develops on 1 floor divided into 2 wings.

The brick staircase and the arched loggia introduce the spacious entrance made comfortable by sofas and armchairs for your moments of relax.

The living zone with the big fireplace is the perfect place where you can prepare and enjoy your favourite dishes: the big walnut table, the sofa and the armchairs will make your time in this big space comfortable and pleasant. In the left wing of the Villa lies the day zone with a big modern and functional country style kitchen, stone fireplace, big wooden table, sitting area with sofas and armchairs.

The bedrooms, all in the right wing of the house, are accessed through a long corridor. Four double bedrooms have en suite bathroom with shower, one double and one single share one bathroom. All the rooms are furnished with very good taste, basic and consistent in style, equipped with air-conditioning, and have wide windows with a view on the pool area and the Tuscan countryside.

The structure made of stone and bricks dates back to the 18th century: in the big garden between roses, lavender, rosemary and fruit trees, one can admire the magic of colours and the deep peace of the Tuscan landscape.

The swimming pool, which overlooks the surrounding land, is equipped with deckchair and umbrellas and will be the ideal setting for your summer days. The complete Villa was renovated recently and is equipped with heating and air-conditioning. The furnishing in delicate Provençal style characterized by soft colours, manufactured fabrics and wood will make your stay an unforgettable one.

Villa Borgonuovo lies in the heart of Tuscany between Florence, Arezzo, Siena and Perugia, only 10 min from Cortona. From its privileged position it dominates the Valdichiana, where the sun heats the land and shines in the yellows of the sunflower and wheat and in the green of the tobacco and maize.
